Looking for a better job to help my family at home
Finished school last year and am hoping to help to feed my little brothers and a home..and maybe when time goes on I wana make money and try to further my education bye going back to school

Working experience
I enjoyed working for the company but I couldn't continue working on the company because the money I received per week was not satisfies my needs because it goes to transport. My experience with my co-workers was great because they enjoyed working with me because i focus on work then after work I create jokes for them especially when they look tired just to keep them focus. When we are held by work in days such as Black Friday it was very difficult but I make sure my team will work until later without complaining to complete our work.

Hardworking

Good learning curve

Employees knows that customer is always right and we must tread customer with respect the services at shoprite is very good we respect each other including customers...they work normal hours every day and also they do love their work too much

Area sales manager
I interact with different customers and get new opinion from them to improve my customer service because customers are the key people in retail and also keep them happy cause looking one customer is Luke loosing thousands of them.keep customers for life .dig for new business and opportunities. Listen to cokeaque New ideas work on them and implement them The business also has learnt me how to get business out of nothing e.g during the quite times of the month I have to come with a plan to get business rolling as Without sales and customers we are nothing is like we don't exist anymore

I can handle ccma cases
I can negotiate and bargain with union. I can well manage and facilitate relationships between stakeholders and management. I can also manage disputes within the workplace with good relationship with the unions. I can monitor and manage the disciplinary code in the work place and address grievances. I can also be able to represent the company at CCMA. I am computer literate person with SAP system experience as an advantage. I am a hard worker and a self-driven person who can work with people. I can manage and run the payroll system on a daily basis, capture and manage leave, absents and terminations. I have administrative experience and I can schedule employee trainings, book venues and, I can also conduct presentations and trainings. I can also plan the recruit rite screening process and ensure the right candidate is achieved and right process is followed. I have broad knowledge and experience of the labour relations Acts, employment equity Act, basic condition of employment Act and mining charter.

Team worker
Iam a contract worker at he most with a grade 9 passed in 1998. I have worked retail,genral assistant,warehouse and general laboure with no matric. I worked for prime product manufactaer under a labour broke, and as a warehouse clerk for IEC election 2014 lastly for shoprite as a shelf packer. I.am currently looking for employment as a 37 year old school liver.
