Team worker
Iam a contract worker at he most with a grade 9 passed in 1998. I have worked retail,genral assistant,warehouse and general laboure with no matric. I worked for prime product manufactaer under a labour broke, and as a warehouse clerk for IEC election 2014 lastly for shoprite as a shelf packer. I.am currently looking for employment as a 37 year old school liver.

Excellent learning curve
As a cashier for ShopRite actonville I felt exploited as an individual who works hard. I managed to maintain my title as cashier of the month for 9 months but I was only rewarded once. There was never any gratitude from my managers or a promise for a promotion for this achievement and the salary was very low. Eventually I had to resign.

I've learnt how to deal with customers
I always wanted to work with people in a team. shoprite was my way to start, I have learnt so many things there. I am now able to deal with customers and assist them with their quires. I also know how to handle cash, I have gained the experience of being a cashier there. I also had to deal with extremely difficult customers but I was able to keep my cool,and assist the customer.

Excellent
Is a good company. And a big one with lots of employees. I have learned lots of things there. I was working as a cashier at the till point. I was enjoyed serving the customer It a great experience working with lots of people I’ve learned how to work with many people and be able to deal with their up and down moods . I enjoyed working there
Pros: The more you do the good the greater you become
Cons: We were working extra 1/2 hours a day just to serve the customers

Shoprite able to work underpressure
I work with different people each and everyday I can approach customers in a mannered way . I can approach customers The relarionship between me and my co worker is fair and good it creats a healthy good relationships in the work place on a day to day basis. I've learned how to treat people I enjoy packing stock writting returns and damages manage my stock The pressure is that when we have many damages nd and eapired including returns if the stock is not selling well ots a challenge

Great experiment
We work 3 days a week so we have to work harder so that we should be done in time We help each other and also relieve those who has a problem that time Everywhere you g you meet new things so adjust to the environment My work It's when I have to drive the forklift with heavy stuff while I don't have a licence.

Good skills learning
I was working as a trainees and assisting in other departments. I was able to work under pressure giving product quality which the company was greatly admire .i am willing to work very hard towards contributing to socio economic grouth of our country.

Great experience

Excellent exposure
responsible of maintaining smooth work flows,work on team. i have learnt that communication and dedication is key for success.I enjoy must by helping and interaction with customers. work load It was a challenging aspect when i started to work however now its a bonus to my career.

Learning opportunities
excellent learning opportunity, time management skills, management skills , learning patience nd the ability to empower staff and instill knowledge. working as a team, creating new ideas. working under pressure and reaching targets is the most fulfilling, being able to assist customers and seeing them leave the store satisfied is rewarding.
