I am an energetic person who love competition and still be a team player with other employees

I started working at shoprite checkers Ladysmith as a perishable shelf packer then I was promoted to be a receiving clerk I worked there for 5 years then I am shifted dash to the field I went to AJ shall not it's a company that does a protective clothing and I've started working there as a machinist then I also got promoted there so we are higher position of being a supervisor then I went to joburg the company the aviation road was closed when I went to show to joburg I work for affinity and platinum life as a sales consultant there

Pros: I am an opportunist who always take opportunity serious
Cons: I am available immediately and I can also work overtime I am free

Excellent learning curve

I started as general worker then promoted to Service department supervisor then Trainee manager and to Service department manager within 2years. They give enough time to prepare yourself if there's transfer.

Pros: Good in store trainings
Cons: Bad culture of shouting and insulation buy regionals

Develop new skills

WwoWork in working for woworking for Shoprite days syt e2working for Shoprite has its own challenges. Good part is you able to interact with customers and you get to understand them. 1

At at shoprite I was like to work with the the staff because they were so sweet to me they teach many things in the shop and we were a good team wrk and what I'd like tis that they give you change to try what you was difficult to do

Good customer service for customers

It was nice working with them but now I made up my mind that I must look for other job that would lead me to my career.There I was working at perishables:Frozen stuff both cooler and freezer.Iam still a student but I took that opportunity as learnership since that time I had no money for fees.Ofcourse in that company I had a great time with my colleagues,staff etc

Good communication

I'm very friendly and helpful I didn't experience any difficulty even thought it was working for a short period and I've learned to respect customers because they are always fight,manage my time arrive early at work and working together as a team

Pros: Working at the company has helped me in working together as a group,how to manage my time making sure everything is going according and realizing mistake so we can work on them
Cons: We work at least 3 hours a day and the tea time 1 hour 30 minutes so we can gather our strength and get back working and not get tired
