Great experience
In my current company it is a very challenging position to be a scanning clerk. There are times were by you some how argue with a customer eg. complaining about prices are on promotion but have not change in the system. It is also very much exiting experience interacting with different cultures. Learning how to calm an angry customer and also team work. In my position team work is priority because you have to also get some ideas from your co-workers. What I have learnt is that the customer service has to be good and that we learn every day.

I AM A HARD WORKER WHO LOVE HIS JOB AND ALSO RESPECT MY SUPERIORS
AS LONG AS WE RESPECT EACH OTHER AT WORK I FEEL FREE MY JOB IS MOST IMPORTANT THING IS MY SOURCE OF LIFE SO I LOVE MY JOB GOOD RELATIONSHIP TO SEE COSTUMERS HAPPY WHEN THEY ARE DAMAGES AT WORK I FEEL LIKE I HAVE FAILED THATS THE CHALLENGE

Innovative ambitious hard working reliable punctual
Very good company with a lot of opportunities i went to further my studies and got my btech degree and still it looks to me that people coming from operations cant get into the headoffice environment even though you stidied

Hardworking person learned quickly and very honest

Most impressive learning curve
To work at my company is fantastic a new journey everyday. I love working with people because they give me a sense of pride to know that I have helped a person. I have a good working relationship with my collegues and both my superiors, I believe that respect is the most important aspect for a good working relationship and the job a person does. I have learned a lot and still willing to learn because the more i learn the more polished and capable i will be. I am a very versitile person i enjoy learning a lot.

Excellent learning curve
Working at my company its very challenging dealing with different people with different attitude and moods ,because i was trained to work with people that makes it easy.My relation with other workers is very good becouse am an open spirit i sociolize with everyone .At make work learnt so many things becouse when i was hired i had no experience i learnt some of the derpartments while i was workin.The most challenging aspect at shoprite as a cashier is that you are being insulted buy costumers when its a monthed and the pin pads are not working some things that are on special they do not find in the shelves and wanting cash back not knowing that when a cusomer buys with card we not have the money coming in the till only when she or he is using money

I like to work with people who are interested in guiding me through the process and I like my job because it helps me refresh my mind and lastly what I learnt is that I have to respect my job and be proud about it

I'm a hard worker and willing to relocate
Doing new things everyday Relationship very good but sometimes it have up and downs Learned lots of thing but mostly is be patient with the customers I enjoy challenge in the workplace

Listening attentively, good communication, good customer service, patient and trustworthy.
I was collecting float at cash office, balance cash everyday and ensure that customers are always happy, scan each and every iterm of the customer. Always looking presentable and professional with the friendly smile. I'm a easy person to get along with others, I always laugh and want advise to my co-workers workers and had a good relationship. I have learned about different customers with different attitude and how to handle them. I enjoyed counting money and scanning items because I was faster on doing that. What was challenging about the job was that I must make sure that they customer pays for his or her items and remind them if they forgot if not the management would say that I'm making a bad deal with the client.
Pros: I have now a good communication with everyone I meet and respect them and their opinions. working most of the time independent with the assistance of the supervisor
Cons: Most of the time work more 8-11 hours a day.

I'm a self motivated individual and always willing to learn new things I'm a hard working person good in time keeping and I always pay attention to detail and instructions
