My name is Lambeni Foxo, I am a young vibrant and enthusiastic African male, who is very passionate about life and have such a great deal of patriotism, as such this translates to my will and keenness to learn and grow personally and professionally. Have good communication skills
Working at this company iv learnes so many thing, more espicial aftet i promoted as a controller, i control all cashiers ans making sure they adhere to all the rules of the company.scheduling all staff and making sure the staff adhere to the roster include Tea time, lunch and knock off. Perfoming all the tills transactions and ensuring that the necessary filing is being followed. My relationship with my co-workers is very challenging and nice on the other hand,im controlloling tillpackers,cashiers and money market there more than 50.sometimes they will go around the shop withount telling me so i must ask were you, what were u doing.

My typical day is receiving and capturing invoices and capturing returns before sending them.my relationship with my colleagues is highly appreciated and I also enjoy interacting with people

Good in reading and on computer
they are punctual,humble and bring excellent consumer service and we used to work under pressure all the time to bring our company into excellent services we had a good times with other colleague my challenges was working night shift.

Its nice to work with customers
It is so nice to work with customers because I learned a lot from them,others they keep on come in the shop couse of the good interaction between us. We were even had some problems but we endup smile couse of sweet and good strategies we have.

Its nice to work at retail.you get experience and know how to work.its teaches you how to greet people and how to be in front of people.its teaches you to arrive on time at work because you earn according to the hours worked. Its teaches you to be fast to anything you are doing by then

Hard working person
Im a hard working person n i take my work very well. Im able to work in the team n also to sell n com up with new ideas. Im a hard working person and am flexible i cn work overtime n work during the fay or night. I love my wirk i always make everything on time such like the tadk u give it to me to do i gov it back before the due date and time because i dnt want to delay any profit in the company.

I'm a hard working person
I'm working as stock administrator .my work is to investigate loss stock uncaptured invoices and to fix stock ledger .I have learnt how to deal or handle difficult customers as I'm also a pricing administrator.I'm a hard worker and always eager to learn new things . Working on the sales floor is one of the department that i enjoy most because i get a chance to talk to the customers and find out how they feel about our services.socializing with customers helps us to improve our customer service .I Have a good relationship with my colleagues .
Pros: When I star working at shoprite i was a stock counter .I got groomed within the company and also given a chance to learn its operating.they also gave me an opportunity to any other department within the company.in 2015 I got promoted as a junior manager (stock administrator).
