Im a hard working person n i take my work very well. Im able to work in the team n also to sell n com up with new ideas. Im a hard working person and am flexible i cn work overtime n work during the fay or night. I love my wirk i always make everything on time such like the tadk u give it to me to do i gov it back before the due date and time because i dnt want to delay any profit in the company.

Excellent way to deal with pressure
I Ejoyed working for big company like shoprite was a fresh food manager taking instruction from 4 regionals and a branch. i plan productions work with teams to produce manage schedules and hours control finaces for expenses. sales target counting.

Excellent trained
I was working very hard every day and was not pamanent for more than a 3 years. I was persevering because I like to work with people and I learned many things how to take care of the customer. I know to smile and speak to customers very polite

Its nice to work with customers
It is so nice to work with customers because I learned a lot from them,others they keep on come in the shop couse of the good interaction between us. We were even had some problems but we endup smile couse of sweet and good strategies we have.

Have good communication skills
Working at this company iv learnes so many thing, more espicial aftet i promoted as a controller, i control all cashiers ans making sure they adhere to all the rules of the company.scheduling all staff and making sure the staff adhere to the roster include Tea time, lunch and knock off. Perfoming all the tills transactions and ensuring that the necessary filing is being followed. My relationship with my co-workers is very challenging and nice on the other hand,im controlloling tillpackers,cashiers and money market there more than 50.sometimes they will go around the shop withount telling me so i must ask were you, what were u doing.

Fast learner
My duties is to make sure the department run smoothly and have full range of stock(ordering),making sure my team perform well,knowing customers needs and expectations when they enter the store,good customers service starts with me and team members by being clean and presentable,neat.our relationship it's good we work as team,I enjoy helping customers, I have learnt that you don't argue with customers, and working as a team gives better results,most challenging aspect are when the delivery came late,when team members took time to catch up working strategy

Excellent learning experience
I were working as a part time employee I do like my job problem salary is not enough I have learnet experience throw my job. I am enjoying working with customers The most challenging at my work was working short hours per week and knock off late
