I got best learning experience

I got a great experience from the company and working with management was phenomenal I also leant a lot from fruit and veg and as a shelf packer. There were challenges somewhere somehow but I managed to over come them.

Learning path

Experienced a lot in terms of collection. Telephone etiquette, strong communication, legal procedures in terms of credit act. Great opportunity in terms off growing and leaning different things under collections ; espect on each individual.

Excellent learning curve

It's a great opportunity to learn how stocks are taken and how it is done in retails.working with different people and different cultures is the most exciting part of my life,because I love socialising with others and team work also as an individual.

I gain more information and working experiences

I'm capable in recieving admin clerk I have gain this expirience from my previous company and the experiences that I have hoping its makes me an asset to many companies.I love my previous Job as i had a good relationship with my colleagues and management

Cons: I worked 8 hours a day there was no overtime and 40 hours a week but myself im prepared to work any hours and overtimes

I'm kindly and good communication.I'm a hard worker.I like to work overtime.

-Monday -friday and overtime. -Good relationship with workers. -I learn respect and good communication with workers and customers. -I enjoy a good communication with customers. -The challenge is the breakdown of groceries.

Excellent in managing my department

-Weekend there was lots of pressure -Good working with the team -I have learnt to work well under any pressure, weather and time management -I enjoyed working with the team and also being listened to when talk to the senior -Stacking perishables stock in the fridges due to the shortage of space

I was enjoying my work and staff was respecting as their manager. but THEN WHEN IT COMES TO BRANCH MANAGER RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ME AND HER WAS VERY BAD. she WAS TAKING DECISIONS ON HER OWN WITHOUT TALKING TO ME

I am well experienced personal who have worked in wide field.

In my current employment where I am employed as a Trainee Manager due to having to joined the in the previous year, I deal customers on daily basis and selling them a variety of products. I can serve custmers with curtesy and even make them buy. pleasing customer is what I have learned in all my caree.

Pros: I am hard worker who never quits, meeting target and deadlines are my strong points.
Cons: I can work long hours.
