It was not a healthy environment to work at

I was not happy with the way managment was handling us as the workers i was not comfartable .Especially the language they swearing at me on a language which i do not understand so thats make me feel lonely

Excellent learning curve

It was a nice experience in the Business Operations on the management level. Get to see and experience the Market forces and align yourself with them and measure oneself. Good business practices and a great opportunity and the support system is marvellous. Got to set and brake Records in the store which left good foot print and competitiveness as a Sales Manager. Got to engage with customers and share their experience and get feedback from their shopping experience as well as answer their concerns which was great.

Excellent learning curve

I work well with my co-workers. I have learnt that attention to detail is key. The day is never boring. The job is most challenging in the sense that you have to stay alert at all times even if your body is saying something else you got to push yourself to be alert as your whole responsibility is to be on top of the game.

Pros: Great exposure
Cons: Not much room for growth

Customer service

I have learnt more about customer services and my relationship with my superiors was quite excellent and it is more challenging and I like challenges.

Good worker

I'm a good worker hard working person.I like sharing idea's with people or my staff .I'm good and strictly towards my staff and in my job or in my company that I'm at.

Excellent in managing my department

-Weekend there was lots of pressure -Good working with the team -I have learnt to work well under any pressure, weather and time management -I enjoyed working with the team and also being listened to when talk to the senior -Stacking perishables stock in the fridges due to the shortage of space

Am this kind of person who play a good role in team work,am amicable with respect to those who deserves it.I enjoy working with innovative people, and also like to work with people who like challenges and concure it.the most challenging aspects of the job to me ,I will say is to leave or knock off without job welldone, I have good relationship with my leader and also co-workers as am friendly and most of it is willing to learn.

Pros: Am a fast learner and a respective gentlemen
Cons: No problem with it as long as overtime is there

Excellent Learning Curve

Working at shoprite is more challenging and there are more things to do. You can achieve a good experience which can be of use in various companies. The management gives a task of which the employee can handle.
