Troubleshooting
As an IT support specialist, I feel that it is vital to be a strong communicator as, for example, I have to understand what inexperienced end users are trying to explain particularly as this position requires extensive discussions over the phone.

Excellence and efficiency
SITA present an opportunity on daily basis to provide support to cost centre managers but most important to express your level of growth and development in your career. I work closely in a team however continually challenged to show my leadership and people management skills. What I enjoy most is to put in practice my knowledge and experience in assisting others or carrying out activities to achieve my daily goals. Technically my job in financial accounting and management accounting requires me to be thorough and so the ability to give attention to details and accuracy is the most challenging aspect of my work.

I learned a lot in this company
A good relation ship with my co workers I have learned a lot in this company form when i was doing an internship with them to now.I have experience with working on a mainframe platform and on i'm on distributed applications platform.I m now doing web development and Business Analysis.

Solving complex and escalated issues within an agreed time frame keeping in mind the SLA. Providing work around to issues to avoid revenue loss. Providing feed back to both clients and management. Providing training and knowledge transfer to co-workers. Mentoring junior staff within the team
