Interesting to work for SITA with its challenges within the IT industry.
I like working for SITA due to challenges that the organisation is presenting to my work environment on continuous basis. My relationship with co-workers is always a learning curve and i enjoy the challenges the work is presenting.
Pros: Information Technology is a very volatile industry hence it presents new challenges all the time
Cons: I have been with the organisation for quite a long time so i think its time for a change

Installing and repairing computers; running the anti virus software to the client computers helping client through using remote control and help then through the phone

I am a resourceful, ambitious and highly-motivated IT Specialist / Business Analyst who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake. I have a great eye for detail, eager to be challenged in order to grow and improve in all aspects. I enjoy overcoming challenges and possess an excellent ability in working and motivating others to achieve a certain objective on time and with excellence. Exellent
I'm based at East London Airport, I'm fixing computers at the boarding gates and Checking counters. I have a good relationship with Co-workers but is just that I just got Married, I want to stay with my Family in Butterworth.

No career growth
Doing softwares, no challenge , my colleagues are easy people to work with. I am what I am because of Sita but it's time for change and learn more.

I have been in IT industry for over 15 years. With a B. Com degree.
I do consultation work with clients on day-to-day basis on the analysis, development and maintenance of web applications. I am a Microsoft and open source specialist analyst developer. I am a team advisor in terms of technological direction we taking. My relationship with coo worker is more of a team leader where I mentor them. I have learnt provision of computers solutions from any technology that can be relevant in terms of cost and technological direction and business strategy. I enjoy business analysis as it is the one of the main important aspect of successful IT solution provision. I enjoy the challenging work of development on any language that is relevant to a project.

I work better with team as im extrovert and our CEO listen to everyone s issues .
My day start by morning prayer to work with my team in smile . The relationship with co -worker is great as am an extrovert . I have learned that people are different and work differently . I enjoy most when help others to achieve in a project . the most challenging is when you see project fail and is not your fault .
Pros: There is always something to learn
Cons: Management didn't value employees that much. They thought they could hire anyone new to get the same job done with same efficiency which was absurd.
