Im simple Collegue to who gets along with Dedicated co-workers,I work day shift and as well as Night shifta including weekends to keep clients and SLA up,I have learned how the IT systems Interlink together to deliver service in South Africa,In Information Technology to be specific,with I playing the service part as the IT Technician,i have learned Customer service,and solutionn in networks,Programms and Shared Information systems,I enjoy the challenges of changing IT systems to better user and access for the users,Its challenging to have to implement new systems and have every user to learn quickly but however with time it becomes success

Growth that comes with different challenges
Installation of new equipment symantec backup on the th server and managing offline backups upgrading and maintaining existing equipment Reloading software What i enjoy the most is the challenges that come and the endurance of overcoming them in a timeous manner just excite me. The most challenging aspect of the business is everything is time based so meeting deadline is always important can be challenging but that comes with the expectation of the work.

Cons: long hours as sometimes you have to put in the hours as maybe there might be a server down.

Execute the end to end acquisition management process through effective management of the procurement processes, negotiation and supplier selection processes and overall life cycle management of the contract in order to achieve economies of scale and ensure compliance to regulations, and any instructions issued by National Treasury from time to time. Source and processing of Bid/Tender and quotations for goods and service as per client requirements. Communicate with stakeholders throughout the acquisition management process thereby enhancing relations with end-user.

Working at SITA KZN.
Good day HR My day is mostly consumed by doing problem management, basically finding the root cause of incidents and putting in place a permanent corrective measure in place, this allows me access to all the business units at SITA KZN and all the government departments, so you can imagine to huge number of people I interact with on a day to day basis doing trend analysis to find a solution, it’s so rewarding to finally find a permanent corrective solution to a client who has been having daily, weekly or monthly problems that waist time and money. Regards

Excellent learning curve
In terms of business development and processes. The challenges are mainly the mistrust among employees. The micro management system, delays delivery of solutions. Management holding back progress of employees. No career path process in place. Employees are constantly demoralized by lack of leadership. No succession plans are in place, HR policies do not support employees growth within the company. The overall good thing is the challenging environment pushes an employee to perform at her peak and learn as much as possible. To successfully move out. Hence it is classified as a good environment to prosper, in terms of furthering your studies and channel yourself.
