Excellent

I am very persistent in everything that I do and I do not give up easily. I love learning new things and able to work under pressure.I can interact well with people.I enjoy challenges and am capable of multitasking.I am a team player and I also have the ability to work independently.

I enjoy working in the class environment

Travelling the whole country presenting computer courses primarily to Military and/department of Defence.Completing pro and Post course admin results. Doing yearly exercise, namely: Data Preparation by means of using different computer platforms and soft ware I.e Main frame. Doing User Requirement Analysis, System Testing and System updating herein known as build. Assisting in call resolving - these are call logged by clients pertaining challenges their are finding in live environments.

Cons: Bottleneck processes caused by bereuecracy

Overseeing the billing function of the company

Overseeing the overall billing function for the entire organisation and making sure that effective systems and processes are in place for timely and accurate billing of revenue. Reporting and monthly reconciliations as well as management of staff more than 10.

Pros: Exposure to other departments outside Finance

Excellent expirience

Working at SITA was good , i had to meet new people and gained more knowledge from team. It was such a good experience i met new friends when you have a close friend at work, you feel a stronger connection to the company, and you’re more excited about coming into work every day. You attach yourself to the company’s purpose and collaborate better to create success for the business.

Training provided

To establish myself in a dynamic environment, where my innovative and creative skills as well as my expertise in IT Programming will be readily available to others whilst gaining in-depth knowledge and insight from a diverse group. I plan to continue my education (through studies and on the job training and/or courses sponsored/ recommended by employer, to keep up to date in the ever-changing field. Continued education will also allow me to pursue researches in specific areas and keep up with new developments as they emerge, thereby gaining better working knowledge .

Junior network engineer

I am currently a junior experiential network engineer, the position i am in is not permanent, therefore i am currently looking for a position or opportunity longer,I got an opportunity to relocate to SITA NOC in order to accommodate my studies, and gain more exposure with a different department. i have inquired expertise in the network industry and willing to grow.

In recruitment and selection and etc

Day to day work: Dealing with Lob's in terms of Recruitment and Selection, preparing business cases to procure office stationary and replenishments etc. Relations with co-workers, one of my strongest point when coming to employee engagements in terms of facility issues, COIDA, and their day to day concerns about the growth of the organization. Learning curve: in my field of work i've learned that every employee has its own positive and negative opinion about the company and that I have to listen and try to change where I can as an individual. I enjoy everything about my work. Facilities management and Labour relations as I have limited experience on and went for few trainings regards to that.

Just moderate

The company has been known as a procurement agency sibce inception and never focused on mordenising or upgradibg government systems and infratructure. The company has a lot of catching up to do in order to keep up with global digital transformation and ict changes.

Pros: On the verge of transformation
Cons: Highly regulated environment limit growth

Days work of a Trainer

Arrive at 8, design manuals and arrange for training if there is one. relate well with colleagues. I have learned a lot and attended so many skills related courses. I training and facilitation. training arrangements is the most challenging especially if some.

Pros: good company to work for with good prospects for future growth.
Cons: long hours at times
