To provide good customer service and comunicating skill
Am enjoying working for Smollan it's a good company. Even though you know that if you going to work you must work not waisting time talking with your work colligue. Monday it use to have to much job and Friday. My work colligue are good people we help each other every time also the stomer manager is a good person who understand other peoples problem. I have learnt working with customers how to provide good service to the customers and how to handle a dificult customer. The thing that i enjoy most is the time i arrive at work i know by that time i have too much job than to do a simple job and get finish fast i don't like that. When the is a promotion of more than 3 product

Learning curve
I'm field marketer for smollan in-store my job is to order stock do stock returns....I influence orders to store managers...I also supervisor a merchandiser...I have a good communications skills....I go an extra mill on helping a customer....I make sure all the stores that I go to the shelvs are always full....when it's month end I make a triple orders....I always reach my sales target's....what's challenging about my job is to deal with a difficult customer....but I have leant how deal with that situation....I'm a ever smilling person and very friendly person you won't find me upset at work by doing this I want the store managers to agree when I ask them to order a new line....what I have learnt about my job is that customers are very important in our premises we are not doing them a favour by helping them....they are the one who are doing us a favour by coming to buy

Learnership programme that assisted me in developing my skills
A lot of challeges as I was new to the Call Centre environment but with the amazing Mentors I managed to develop my skills and build up my confidence levels to new heights. Registering Call Centre Vouchers, Call Centre assistance to Tiger Brands, Reckitt Bechiser, Danone and Coca-Cola. I delat with big name brands and Clients. Our Field Managers placed a lot of pressure on me and I had to rise to the challenge and constantly deliver on service. I enjoyed the satisfaction of ending a happy caller's call and moving on to the next one and the team I worked with was very professional. I have learnt from the best!

Excellent learning curve
Working as a promoter gave me an opportunity to face and the courage to stand in front of the crowd and talk. On the other hand I learned to work in a team accurately and to be energetic in the workplace.

What are my duties
clients Checking and making sure that the make Truck load Product Recalls : Attending Queries and resolving them in time : Corresponding with the Reps and Logistics Regarding deliveries : Placing Export orders (Swaziland, Lesotho, Gaborone, Namibia) I am a team player, also able to work independently. I also act as a team leader if she is not available or busy do all the duties (puling daily stats and sent it to the supervisor, monitor absenteesm, encourage team members to avoid absenteesm. Couching to the under perfoming agents.

Management experience
I currently manage 30 staff members and responsible for Sales merchendising HR and ensuring retail sosolutions through sales. Daily duties includes ensuring sufficient stock level, eliminating returns and increasing sales. Negotiate deals with retailers and recommended retail selling price, negotiating shelfspace and edhoc displays. Manage company resources and gadgets. Performe human resources duties which include but not limit to hiring and conducting disciplinery procedures. Market research and analysis competitor activities so as to ensure that we remain competetive in the market.
