Good customer service experience and a learning curve.

I am a well spoken person who enjoys working with people as i believe in not only independence, however interdependence as well, and that has made me to be able to have mutual understanding with different race, age or group. Convincing people and handling objections is one of my strong points and it always works to my advantage. My only weak point is losing and failing so i work to the best of my abilities in order to achieve my target and goals and that has groomed me to be a good, trustworthy employee that will bring integrity, competence and commitment to the company. I aspire to learn and grow in this business, hence I strive to reinvent myself and improve my short coming where it is due.

Pros: Great opportunity in adapting to a new product.

Excellent working experience,learning curve,dealing with difficult customers

A typical work day for me is to count the stock, merchandise, make sure every section is updated with the latest stock ,handle customer queries, open the store and greet each ,every customer that walks in the store and lastly make sure that every customer is attended and helped accordingly

Its a good job to start off with and friendly staff indeed

To work for Smollan is great experience as they do not miss a payments and staff is a friendly people , I have work on clicks the most and most of the things now I know it off by heart and I am able to show customer who are not buying my product if I can or please them politely to go to the staff member,I have again knowledge on innovative products and I am now able to help a customer who doesn't know what is he. Buying the most challenging part would be meeting customers who is rude as I am respecting my job and know that customer is always right

Pros: I'd say yes if they had an opening they will tell us
Cons: no its promotions it depends on the activation you are doing

I am a faster learner with excellent communication skills

From the previous company that I was working for, I have learnt alot about punctuality and dicipline working with people, meeting new people all that has been a good experience for me but now i am looking for a new challenge

Excellent

I would like to improve my career, skills and expand my experience, I have a willingness and capacity to learn .I am working at Smollan Group as a call canter agent for 2 years,also assisting with IT work . I go the extra mile when Agent/s are absent.I really enjoy being a part of a busy team. I work in a fast-paced team environment.The pace of the work actually helped me stay motivated and achieve great success.I work well under pressure individually as well as in a team.

Pros: Leaving at 16H00 every Second Friday
Cons: working until 18H00

- Great foundation in terms of understanding what happens on the ground in the retailer space

Smollan is a great foundation to understand what happens from the ground up in the retailer space . You are exposed to the processes of POS elements, stock management , identifying the gaps in store to identifying ways of closing these gaps and uncovering room for opportunity and growth . Smollan definitely has a great field force across all their business units who are passionate, dedicated and go out of their way to ensure that they deliver a great service to every store. However there is a lack of project completion, communication and career development which is what sets them behind .
