Dedicated and hardworking
Receiving dockets,placing dockets on court roll,visiting scenes of crime,interviewing complainants and tracing of suspects.Assisting each other with my colleagues in terms of tackling challenges each one of us face in a collective manner,I enjoy meeting new people each day I am performing my work duties.The most challenging aspect of my work is dealing with uncooperative complainant and witnesses.Patience,in terms of conducting investigation,sometimes it takes long to finalize the case.
Pros: It helps one to be able to able to interact with people from all walks of life.
Cons: Encountering heart breaking situation like suicide scenes.

I like to study during my spare time and do some reseach to prepare for my cases.
I have worked as a professional Investigator for the past 10 years, conducting thorough and comprehensive investigations of criminal activity and well organised crime related cases at the local and Provincial level. I am a self-motivated individual, who is able to perform well under pressure & who can bring to the table solid capabilities in areas such as covert operation, investigate crime of corruption and Serious and Violent Crime. In that time, I have developed a keen sense for what it takes to learn all that is necessary to follow up on a case, and appropriate justice where necessary. I am committed to the criminal justice system, and bring a great dedication to my work, as well as great communications skills.

-SAPS Thought me a lot about Investigation of which I have eleven years of experience. - I am a hard work, Attentively to details, working as a team to reach the goal of the organization. - Discipline in and out of the company, Team work orientation, Investigation as a key point. -Infiltration during investigation of serious matter. -When my cases are withdrawn in court due to witness's not attending court.

Learning curve,
Fleét management. Every first day if the week we have an inspection of all the vehicles, check all dents n scratches dat were not reported , damages, mechanical problems, arrange service for all thar are due withiin rhe week and make planning accordions to the weekly arrangement. Opén loss ànd damage files. Make necessary procurements procedure for tyres, battery, licence renewals and others.. Procurement : start with the need list and then do proper balancing of books from the store room and follow up by stock taking and follow the procuement procedure. Inventory management. A monthly inventory inspestion its done every month to check the lost , damaged state equipment and furniture . then make a report and open a loss file and procure for needed items depending on budget. Cons: Too much work ,and there is no overtime.
