I had excellent learning curve
I have been with the company for almost sixteen years and hace learnt alot. I have managed an section on its own without any supervision. I am computer literate. I am a team player. I have build strong working relationship with my colleagues over the years.
Pros: working till four oclock

I am currently doing investigation at my work place and I have Ten years experience on investigation. I am a team leader in my section and I always encourage my juniors to work as a team.i enjoy working with my team,we share,we support each other, we solve problems and bring new ideas to the team. We are learning a lot from each other, we respect each other irrespective of the age. I do not allow discrimination at my work place,we are always happy and I believe that a healthy mind produces good results. When it comes to a push that we knock off very late we does. sometimes I knock off duty late and report on duty early,i don't look at the time when it comes to work.
Pros: I am a hardworker who strive so hard for success,and I do my best at all time to render the quality of work.
Cons: I worked standby duties for 7 working days for 24 hours per month and I also work long hours

I have more than 7 years of experience in administration and customer care services, including working as a Financial Book Keeper, Front Desk Assistant. In my early stages of my career, I have gained in depth practical knowledge of working with senior management as an administrator, dealing with queries, processing letters, arranging various meetings and general administration duties. I have experience in, education and public sector industry. Moreover, I have gained practical knowledge of the above key areas during my 7 years of experience. I have strong leadership skills, which include planning, organising, managing and monitoring skills, including daily, weekly and monthly scheduling of appointments and other business activities. I have the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively (verbally and in writing), analyse and communicate information with clarity and performing tasks with limited supervision.

Always commited
Police can do more for there workers respect theire safety get better work equipment and transport better salary en benifits.Respect for higher rangs fall in police and the respect must begin at the colleges.Give better uniform like better boots for the long hours there are never the right sizes.Lots of things like promotions,I have to be 11 years in my rang before been promote.

I want to use my skills in full
I work at South African Police service, Thabazimbi Local Criminal Record Centre deal with the forensic investigation of criminal matters and also deal with the criminal record keeping of the accused and suspected criminals.. The work it's self is challenging and very interesting at the same time. You will learn a lot of useful investigation technics every day and advance your career. I have learned personnel managerial experience, Quality work and forensic investigation technics and interviewing.

Policing is tough
I don't get recognition for hard work. Constant internal arguments. I start of Nipissing the suspect(03:45). Doing their finger prints Arranging and getting the dockets suspect ready for court Following up on previous convictions and previous cases pending. Attending court for bail applications Visiting complainants their homes. Arranging fingerprints Escorting suspects to court Reception Serving the community
Pros: Irregular hours.

Excellent learning curve
Working for SAPS has been an excellent experience as I was fresh from Technikon without experience. Came at the right time where the police was being transformed from a force to a service. Was responsible to interpret, implement and monitor the policies including HR, finance and SCM. I grew fast within SAPS ranks or positions. I continue learning and had just graduated with an Honours Degree. Did not stop there as I'm currently studying psychology.
Pros: great opportunity comes through hard work and studying.
Cons: once a police officer you are a state property. that's why being a police officer is a calling not a career. working hours goes together with crime
