What I don't know about the job I will learn it very fast. I am very respected by all my Co workers and we only work as one team. The better you perform the more respect you get. Team building is a must to enhance the workers positivity levels in their workplace. I am a supervisor of plus minus 14 people and we work very well togheter

No opportunity for growth
I am in possession of a Baccalaureus Technologiae in Language Practice. I have recently completed my term as a Language Practitioner intern within the South African Police Service. I have four years’ experience of providing administration duties in an institution. My previous experience as a Contact Centre, Campus Protection Services, Residence Administration as well as Electronic Resources Centres student assistant has given me exceptional workplace skills which would be an asset to your company. I have the ability to perform under pressure with or without supervision to meet deadline. I possess good communication skills both verbally and non-verbally. I have the ability to perform office administrative duties with good telephone etiquette skills. I am customer-focused and I am a peoples’ person.

Valuable experience gained
SAPS is a huge employer which strives to satisfy it's employees. Policing a large area, geographically, is a daily challenge with the limited resources at hand, and one can never be satisfied with with the service rendered to the communities. In th police team work is key, as one can never work alone. Relationships are built and you learn to rely on your colleagues for operational reasons. I enjoy the daily challenges of dealing with a variety of charecters and community dynamics. It's a well rewarding job knowing you've done your best to render an effective service. I have gained and learned a lot in my career and In the process I gained skills that enable me to cope with any task given.
Pros: Great place to work, as it also provides for job security
Cons: Careers become stagnant and prospects of growth slowly deminish

Excellent learning experience
I investigate economic crime cases and it's an interesting opportunity. I love working with people because investigation it's about learning something new every day. I love my job. And I have gained investigation, interviewing, planning and organizing, confident, driving, computer skills. I strive to be a better person than I am today. The most challenging part is the community thinking that we're not doing the best in our job but I don't blame them crime increases daily in South Africa but we are doing our best.

Excellent EXperience
I work for the South African Police Service, I have 9 years of experience working as an Administration clerk under Management Information STrategic Planning section/ I also work as a secretary for the Station Commander at times. Each day requires data capturing, data updating, minutes taking, broad forward correspondence, replay emails, set up projectors. Monthly IT inspections, I have learned how to always do my atmost best. Do my duties without being monitored. I enjoy giving I Service training to those who need my help. My challenge is to always making sure the risks at the working place are minimized by conducting a risk managent work session arebeing done twice a year.

I have learnt so much
Installation of VPN and 3G ,administering and configuring of mobile device. The compiling and submission of requests to SITA. I work mostly as team .

Excellent Training Institution
The Organisation is like a Training Institution, we are trained to work under pressure and Excel in the process. I have learnt the Mission and Vision of the Organisation through performing my work and at the same time forming part of Mentorship programs. I believe that I am able to produce quality results and be confident in my work and myself. As a junior employee,I am entrusted to administer, analyse and give advice on Financial matters. I work alone in my environment with a massive support from my Bosses and fellow colleagues. There is employee wellness programs if an employee is in need of one.

Growth and development
it is interesting and challenging task whereby I deal with different kind of cases and I interact with different people on daily basis. we work as a team and we help each other in our cases and it is interesting. I am confident that I have learnt to take charge of my work and I am experienced.

Good stable career if you have a passion for it.
One must be mentally strong and able to deal with a lot of pressure from both internal and external forces. The straight and narrow is the only path to take even though there are a lot of temptation and sometimes very blurry lines but, if you play it buy the book you can keep yourself and others out of trouble and out of harms way. Passion can't buy bread or milk but it is a Pre-requisite!
Pros: life-long career and lots of diversity and experiences to be had
