I work for the South African Police Service, I have 9 years of experience working as an Administration clerk under Management Information STrategic Planning section/ I also work as a secretary for the Station Commander at times. Each day requires data capturing, data updating, minutes taking, broad forward correspondence, replay emails, set up projectors. Monthly IT inspections, I have learned how to always do my atmost best. Do my duties without being monitored. I enjoy giving I Service training to those who need my help. My challenge is to always making sure the risks at the working place are minimized by conducting a risk managent work session arebeing done twice a year.

I have learnt so much
Installation of VPN and 3G ,administering and configuring of mobile device. The compiling and submission of requests to SITA. I work mostly as team .

Excellent Training Institution
The Organisation is like a Training Institution, we are trained to work under pressure and Excel in the process. I have learnt the Mission and Vision of the Organisation through performing my work and at the same time forming part of Mentorship programs. I believe that I am able to produce quality results and be confident in my work and myself. As a junior employee,I am entrusted to administer, analyse and give advice on Financial matters. I work alone in my environment with a massive support from my Bosses and fellow colleagues. There is employee wellness programs if an employee is in need of one.

Growth and development
it is interesting and challenging task whereby I deal with different kind of cases and I interact with different people on daily basis. we work as a team and we help each other in our cases and it is interesting. I am confident that I have learnt to take charge of my work and I am experienced.

Excellent learning curve
Working at SAPS is challenging yet exciting as I'm expected to do presentation during parade for police officers and also promote my services as a Registered counsellor, my relationship with Co workers is amazingly well build with Confidentiality during consultations and they do know that our relationship is based on work ethics. I have learnt to understand SAPS as a company that Co workers do go through a lot of trauma which requires my services.
Pros: An amazing platform to excuses what I've learnt through the university life

Work with Excellent team
Enjoy every moment by working with a focus team. And we are working as a team , we assist each other and every day is a learning day as we usually discuss the complex cases as a team , until we found solutions to the problem.

Client service management and support
Public service and administration could be found to be very challenging, although there are constant governmental changes, I still strive to opt for the best outcome. I refuse to be the last to learn and would rather take on the challenge than just let go. Building relationships with current coworkers is a daily challenge and one that I am always open to. Presentation and attention to fine detail is what draws my attention to most projects I enjoy working with the various departments and find it almost sinister that I am to build relationship with that so called challenge. I thank you.

Excellent
My work basically involves giving policing service to the entire community. And doing crime prevention duties.preventing crime.investigating crime.identifying crime pattern and analysis.protecting the inhabitants of South Africa and their properties as well as foreign nationals.my daily duties involved supervising a shift ensuring that all members adhere to the company rules and regulations.inspecting the members on the shift and compile a report for the whole shift in a daily basis. And brief the shifts and give feedback a s liase with the coming shift to give the full report of what has transpired for the day.and attending a management meeting once a week to give a shift report and come with strategic inputs to assist in the achieving of the organisational goal which is to protect the community and prevent crime.
Pros: Opportunities are less for promotions and slow

Great stepping stone to greater success.
I'm highly skilled and good at work given. I get the job done with the positive effort applied. Open to try something new and open to new ideas. My qualifications which includes diploma in security risk management and forensic investigation obtained at University of Johannesburg.
