Excellent curve
I work at saps as an intern. I enjoy every work that I do and working there I regain lot of things.i an a hardworking person so working for sale as an intern has been wonderful I enjoy working and I have a great relationship with the workers.i enjoy learning new skills everyday. Not even one day I had a problem with any workers there. if we face any problem we find a way to solve it cz we always work as a team.

Aproach every day and a challange with an open mind, always thinkout of the box.
Playing a referee is very interesting always keeping the balance with all the stake holders, making sure human life, property is secured without influence but by making sure that rules and regulations are obeyed.
Pros: New challanges every day allowing the mind to keep functioning all the time.
Cons: none complience of some service providers with long standing contracts withthe clients.

Good starter job when employed under PSA Act
The problem is with these two Acts. Once they cut these Acts things will be ok. Members of SAPS Act don't respect those employed under PSA act. The salary is a joke for PSA members

Excellent learning curve
The South African Police Service has been an excellent workplace however there are challenges that are just too hard to get past. These challenges are and are corruption, putting my families lives at risk. My co-workers has been extremely helpful with equipping me with all the skills needed for this line of work. What I enjoyed most about my experience so far is that every case you receive is never the same and requires you to adapt and try and solve it in a unique way. Meeting people from different walks of life is really eye opening as well.

Stagnation in post
I have been 6 years in my current post and I have gained a lot of experience in this skilled field. Understanding the importance of how to work with and deal with contractors as well as suppliers. Having the passion to work in this environment created an importance of continuous self study in order to constantly improve my skills. Pros: Always dealing with different contractors and receiving a professional service as well as an after service.
Cons: Contractors who provide untidy workmanship and still demand their job card to be signed in order to receive payment.

Great learning and growth opportunity
ThRelationship between employees was really close. Each employee is dependant from the next in order to complete work tasks. Typical day was taking minutes, dealing with employee requests regarding HR. I really enjoyed working in such a diverse office and actually the fact that all the work that needed to be done needs the support of all the employees. The challenging part was the fact that what you've studies and what you actually do does not correlate but it is great learning new things and growing.

Excellent learning work environment
Working in the current organisation is very diverse since we provide it support services nationally. Our daily tasks include different technical methods which keeps one on their toes and travelling takes place anytime which has taught me to master problem solving skills in a sufficient time. Teamwork is very important and building a working relationship with others makes the work flow much more convenient.
