Introduction of corporate environment

If air work in process with numerous documents being captured on the system and normal working hours also calculations are ther and some seniors who are difficult to deal with.

Excellent

Itwmy tyoical work day starts at 6:50 when I reoort on duty. And went well thrthroughout the ?yy. Taking calls and uodating stats on mya annual performance olan returns. Verify all data given to me. Advice offices about cha.ges effected on tje templates. I work well in a team orrientated or also work well alone but I believe in team work. I ha I have learnt that in my 14 yrs of exoerience. That if you want something to be done right you have to first teach it to others. J enjoy helping others in doing our work efficient The most challenging aspects of my jib is when its time for monthly returns and they are not correctly caotured.normal ften

Pros: We rarely get promoted as we are +-200 admins in our department

Very good learning curve

Ccathvart is a nuce and small station wh that has few personnel which make it very easy to know and learn work because you do ealmost everything you are exposed to. I learned alot on HR and Finanance induatry but I am specialising in HR. I ended up styudying HR as i fell inlove with it.
