Its a good training fresh out of matric, absolutely enjoying the pressure and sales target i meet .
Able to Merchandise products with much more stock counting experience day by day. Handling of cash and card sales, including processing of sales, banking, doing cashups and managing the float. Ensure that all point of sale (POS) procedures are followed inline with standard operating procedures. a superior customer service to all customers, emphasizing on selling the products and ‘Customer Journey’. Selling and upselling products to existing and new customers. Reaching Sales targets.

Learning path
I am the manager of the food section in our store. I choose to be a leader rather than a boss, as that gets staff to work better and to have a stronger trusting relation with one another. Communication is a very important aspect, if things are not given clearly, mistakes rolls in which can cause major problems. I do the ordering of stock, as well as stock take, ensure that food is prepared on time, take orders from customers as well as customer care.

Currently looking to expand to other opportunities.
I have been a controller for Swaziland and Mozambique and involved with the sales target with in the Cross Border store. Three store in Mozambique and 14 Store in Swaziland also working with different sectors within the Government Origanisation the department of Agriculture and PPECB. Involved within Suppliers nationwide to help with Product that are SADC and NON SADC especially when exporting to Mozambique. Working Along with Clearing both South Africa and Mozambique as well as Swaziland.
Pros: Supply Chain is very professional and easily adapted.

Growth and experience
I work with different kinds of people some are loving some do not care but I have learned not to judge I have learned not to discriminate because it can affect our working relationship. I have a very good relationship with my coworkers because I know that everytime you meet a person there must be something you learn from him or her. I enjoy working with people because I am a team player and have good communication skills and I like to be challenged just to keep my mind good. The most challenging aspect of my job is when I have to work long hours weekends and holidays.

New opportunity
Nice to work in this industry, good people, I have learnt a lot . There is no room to grow where I am now . I really enjoy working with people, in this industry there is no two days that are the some every, every day is different. New challenges . Excellent experience gained
Gained knowledge and experience. Hard work and working in a team. Handling customer complaints were hard but I have learned compassion and strive to be and do my best. I work with money every day and can take responsibility for my actions. I have learned thaT every action has a reaction. Ive learned to be smart and proactive. Motivating my staff is the best way to keep them and my customers happy. Every day is a rush as I have many duties.
