New challenges in baking industry
I've been in this division for more than seven years experience. Mostly enjoyed in this job creativity , hands on and motivating the staff about this job . Costing, gp, wastage, meet the monthly budget, hygienic is very important in this industry, honestly, order and good negotiator with the supplies.

What I have learned at FONTANA SPAR
Customer service: meeting different customers every day has build up my interacting skills and communication skills as it also makes me know and understand how to treat different customers and also assist them in every way I can. Most challenging thing is when we're out of promotional stock and you have to find a way in order to make a customer understand why is that certain product out of stock because it's on special

Excellent in typing
I love typing and i enjoy working on the computer. I love doing filling and making sure that all the incoming calls and clients are attended accordingly. i love writing and studying. I love completing all the given tasks. I studied paralegal which includes few IT books MS Word and others. i love working with people and ensuring that all Clients get the best services.

Work review
Relationship with co-workers are good we work as team. I have learnt many new things in the new environment. Everyday is different, we are always busy especially towards year end preparing for Christmas. I enjoy the most about this is I got to meet new people work in a lovely environment & I enjoy the challenge it came with.

It was good
It was a new challenge for me it was good . iam a fast learner I am good with people I just want a new challenge new faces it was challenging but good my co workers and I got along very well I learnt new things everyday it was exciting

Creditors updated as back log 4 years - very satisfied with achievement
training staff and motivating staff as no accounting knowledge was given to them. promoting staff and the ability of some staff that was hidden because no empowerment opportunity was given to them People skills and challenge to keep motivating staff to improve their skills.

Positive thinker, Ability to adapted
I have 14 years’ experience in retail. Manage several shops and are very good in organise the day to day running of a shop.Have a passion for retail, and very brand orientated, I believe a companies own brand is what makes a company.I have managed shops like, Shoprite, Pnp and Spar. Started as a trainee manager for Shoprite Group of Companies, successfully completed my studies with Shoprite and was appointed as a Sales Manager were I was doing the buying of Non Foods and Groceries. The Divisional Manager of Shoprite made a dissension that the Strong leaders should be appointed as Fresh Food Managers. I was then appointed as a Fresh food manager. Later I acted as a Divisional Bakery Trainer was I did Training on Bread and Bread rolls.

Excellent service
I am energetic and eager to tackle the challenges of life head-on. I have experience in computer literacy and programming. Iam fluent in English and xhosa. I am good in performing experimental practicals and writing laboratory report. I understand the rules of laboratory inoder to be successful in practical session. I am mathematician, accuracy and highly organized.

I have learn to understand different people.
As a cashier at money market I have to help a customers to receive payment with cash ,credit card ,cash up. I learned a lot about a customers to know to smile with a customer ,deal calmly, customer always good and respect customer so that he/she can come tomorrow. I enjoyed to work with people (teamwork)and love them.Challenge its you have misunderstanding with you and customer and must deal that calmy
