Working in Retail comes with a lot of challenges mainly because you face different caliber of customers everyday. You have to adapt to every customers personality and ensure that the service they are receiving is customer centric and at the greatest level. Regardless of the manner in which they address you. Greatest skill I have endured during my time, is to be good at people management. At the end of it all, I enjoy the human interactions I have on a daily basis, the assurance at the end of the day that I have positively impacted someone, simply by smiling. There are always challenges with co-workers, but it is the approach that ensures that what ever issue is currently obscuring us, is not manifested into a bigger issue that could've been dealt better. At the end of it all, we have on goal and one goal only, did we serve the with the optimum service that we could or not and how to we better ensure that their experience is different when they work into our doors again.

Excellent fast learner
Packing stock is more simple and easy job to do....working with positive minded coowokers and friendly bosses was mi inspiration. I have learn to work as a team and always put mi job first The most challenging part was to work near or around refregrators as a woman and caring large boxes to the store

The environment was cool
It was a big and challenging company where I learn how to deal with all types of customers and now I know how to calm a customer you have make them a 1st priority be friendly,apologise even if you are not wrong make them understand that there are important.I was very luck to have friendly supervisors and colleagues they taught me to work with little or without supervision ..working hours are very challenging since they are very long and we are even have over time that doesn't pay bt to commite yourself as a hard worker n fast learner I enjoyed a lot to work with sturbon customers that always need a full attention bt at the end of the day I give them better service

Great experience
It was nice working in my company I enjoyed every minutes of it ,the manager was friendly when you make mistakes he call you ,talk tomyou see reason not shout.the staff was also nice,I learn many things like best customer service. The most challenging aspect is when you have to deal with a difficult customer.

Tough industry to work in
Not a lot to say about working at a spar. People are difficult and work enviroment is straining and not conducive to having any of your own ideas. Managers are bullies and employees are unskilled and not given training.

Communication skill,working as a term.
I work with customers .I can work under pressure.I lile new challenges .We usually work as a team cherring new ideas & conviencing our supplier to provide services to our store.

I would like to be placed in company that has great growth opporties.
I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated and conscientious person, always willing to get involved. Through experience, I have learnt how to set goals and how to engage in action orientation behaviour. I am well organized, highly motivated to accept responsibility and thorough in my approach to work. I am also creative and easy going, always ensuring that I operate with high level of integrity. I am able to use most of the programmes required in my field such as MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. I am also aware of the need to update these skills by attending short courses. I am able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines and also enjoy working in a well-organised environment. This also enables me to enjoy whatever I am doing in that specific time and also being to be productive in everything I do.

Customers service,handling the large sum of cash work as house wife and honest to my employer. I am a punctual person, work as I run the establishment, reliability with good work ethics,energetic person and good achiever who can inspire and motivate team members.

Always willing to help and provide information
A typical work day,I open the store,do a department walk to see if everything is still in order.Go to my office and check the e-mail and respond to the messages,Do a follow up on all the queries of outstanding claim and Invoices,check the time management register for previous day,Capturing all journals,reconciling on easy Acc ( book keeping system).I have a very good relationship with my co-workers we get along very well,they know what is expected of them and they do it without being followed around.i have learnt Humility,I learnt to working together (team work) we can archive more.what I enjoy about my job is that i learn new things everyday,and it is very challenging.The most challenging part of my job if dismissing employees,having to be the one who tells the bread winner that they have lost their job really breaks my heart.
