I am a self-motivated person with an outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills who can work under pressure while still performing the job at hand on time and with precision. I handle pressure & stress quite well but prefer to have a balanced life style. I am an effective team member but also a person who can solely take responsibility for a task. I am open minded and willing to learn and implement new ideas. I like leading small groups and lead by inspiration, example & encouragement of the staff working with me. I feel strongly about excellent customer service. I also believe in building solid relationships with people, suppliers & customers which I have dealings with.

It was good
It was a new challenge for me it was good . iam a fast learner I am good with people I just want a new challenge new faces it was challenging but good my co workers and I got along very well I learnt new things everyday it was exciting

Works well with customers
I’m quick to seize new ideas and concepts, and to develop innovative solutions to problems. I’m also able to work well on initiatives and can demonstrate high levels of motivation required to meet deadlines. Even under significant pressure, I possess a strong ability to perform effectively. A hard worker who is always looking for a challenge and eager to learn, I have developed a mature & responsible way of approaching any task I undertake.

Educational experience
its a good environment and i learn a lot about logistics and warehousing and back end things that we dont learn in university and its very hands on and very stressful when you dont have accurate information with suppliers and finance and the buyers but overall its very educational because you learn more about the operations of a company.

Good potential, studying
Typical work day with lotsa pressure. Co-workers are helpful, not always getting along as its all female environment but we cope with each others differences. Ive learnt ow to handle a work load & deal with pressure all in one go, I enjoy what I do sometimes but would love to expand my work opportunity. The most challenging aspect is getting my work done on time all the time and that is sometimes impossible as the day is never the same always. New day brings on new challenges.

Working at this company makes you strong.
Working for this company urges you to not make any mistakes. I have learned to be strong. Stand my ground and always give more than my best. I am a fast learner and it surely helped me here. Every day was a different challenge for me. I work under pressure on a daily basis.

Excellent learning
My relationship wit co-workers was the most marvelous relationship because there was no conflict. I learned to work very hard and I most enjoyed the work and for me it was no challenge.

Excellent learning curve
I Masego im a friendly individual,I love seeing those around me happy. I have learnt that at a working field you work for you not for anybody else. I hate not been treated equally with the other works. What I love about my job is seeing progress.

I am a hard working individual with passion and I enjoy challenges. I am ambitious and I also enjoy working with people for unity is power and I enjoy challenges a lot. I can work under pressure, and I am very creative and I like sharing my ideas, and giving others a chance to give their ideas so we can come up with a better solution for the business growth.
