I seen myself as a self motivated person,like challenging experiences in order to learn more,work excellent with my peers,my day is normally planned to make sure everything runs smoothly in case unforeseen circumstances arise.like to get things done right the first time.im a people's person,eager to help my peers and eager to learn new things,but mostly km passionate about customer service .handling clients queries,servicing clients,actioning emails,annotate all sales on excel spreadsheet,answering calls and cold calling

Building relationships and maintaining them with internal and external clients
Making sure that the committee forms a quorum, diary daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly planning with important events. Working as a team and having back ups when one is not at work I have learnt that there's no 'I' in a team Creating a work environment that is homely away from home as one spends 8 to 10 hours at work. When were are short staffed and is month end. My job is to make sure that there are no balls that are dropped due to shortage of staff. I make sure that I plan ahead to enable me to deliver my deliverables.
Pros: To focus on my work and delivering beyond my deliverables. If there's a planned event, make sure date is set up, invitees have placeholder in their dairies, send proper invitation, track the acceptance and declines, phone the declines to check what are the possibilities of attending or must I change date to suite them, look for venue, food. Drinks. Small gifts for attendees and facilitators that is within the budget,

Nice environment
I am currently working at one of the big financial company as a Cryptography Specialist. As a Cryptography Specialist, my role entails looking after the distinct brands of Hardware Security Modules (Encipher and payShield HSMs), Certificate Life Cycle Management, Public Key Infrastructure, Key Management, BDS Systems, Remote Key Loading, Visa/Master cards BINs and Key Generation and Loading. In addition to keeping my transaction up to 99.99% uptime is my first priority and cost saving.

Dedicated employee
I am a hard working dedicated employee who puts her heart in what I am doing and servising the clients well is one of my strong points as it is each and every company's goal. I fear failure so I always make sure that I excelle in what I do in order to be far from failure. I am a team player I communicate well with my co-workers because what I have learn is that the company will never be successful without dedicated employees who work together as one.

A life to remember
I have worked for standard bank for 14 and six months doing mostly sales,dealing with customer complaints and queries, have been at reception for 3 months,customer liason officer .I have learnt to be quick and remain calm and being persisted and mostly people orientated and professional at the same time.I have also been doing Quality Assurance projects for not less than a year in the banking industry. Working for the bank made feel as part of the bigger world ,met different personalities .I enjoyed being part of the team ,their craziness was part of my daily job.

Cons: 8 hours or less depending on the business

Learning curve
Company I have worked for, I took it as a family to me, they have rooms for growth and they allow each individuals to express their feelings. The environment it's healthy and there more energy to work around. Employees are too friendly and always hungry to deliver a good customer service.

I've enjoyed working for this organisation. It has immensely contributed towards my growth. I have been exposed to different business units, leaders, structures, people from all walks of life and was given opportunities to enhance my skills through extensive training, mentor-ship and coaching. No two days are the same in my current position, therefore it would be tricky to explain a typical work day. My role is dynamic, ever changing, challenging, keeps me on my toes and requires me to quickly think on my feet. Instead of crisis managing all the time, I have to be proactive in mitigating potential risks. That is what I enjoy the most about my work, very innovative. I have learnt to think on my feet, not be afraid to challenge current processes that can be improved innovatively and made efficient and effective.

Good listening skills. Innovative well spoken and enegetic and a team player.
I am a very passionate about what i am doing. I am a go getter. Currently seeking a challenge that will aspire as well as inspire me physically and mentally. Love new challenges and want set the bargain and take ownership of my mistakes. Quick learner and are moving with the technology of today. Team player with colleagues and can also operate on my own My current role was challenging as you meet diversify people internally and externally. You learn new ideas daily on the job. You get your most hectic days but you manage it as it comes along. Over the past years working in this environment you get face with diverse cultures and you treat each person with respect and dignity as you wanted to be treated. Unpacking and strategizing how we can better the client's lifestyle on a personal and business manner.
Pros: I always want to excell in my role. I want to be the best in sales so i know I am worth my salary every month.
Cons: I cant complain about my hours at work as it is quite complex as it is.

Learning curve and gaining experience
It is great company but growth it hard to find need change. I have learned lots of things about discipline and working hard. We are working in shift. Less hours like 4 hours in a day.

Excellent Learning Curve
All work, not much play, people become competitive. I've learnt to be a good listener, polished my speech and typing skills.. I enjoyed my job, I looked forward to working, daily. The data we worked with sometimes made it hard for us to reach our goals.
