Excellent learning curve
I was taken to trainings that are relevant for my career. I meet wonderful people that I would like to keep in contact with. Management was supportive.

Hard as it is call center sales
Not .bad if you really enjoy selling but if not it becomes hard is it's not simple to get sales and management want to know daily activity of each day

STRONG CHARACTERS IN A SMALL SPACE
A team consisting of members with strong characters, always busy a team which balances work amongst its members all required to be multi skill so that when a certain skill is required to help the bigger team each and everyone of us are in a position to fill it in. I have learnt a plethora of skills included but not limited to analytical skills, communication skills and management skills, each team member feeds from each other intellectually. Voluntarily celebrated each other to keep the team morale.I enjoyed having to move between skills because it increased adaptability.Changing old practices that were no longer working for us in the new world of financial crime and automation was challenging.
Pros: Great processes that increased adabilty great opportunity for growth
Cons: flexible working hours which were extended to 12 hour working days three working days. Automating process was not as seamless.

Application
Good day I would like to express my interest in the above mentioned position. I believe that my experience and education will make me competitive candidate for this position. I am currently employed as Prestige and Private banking consultant at Standard Bank no.6 Simmons Street. I have been with the bank for 13 years and expertise in dealing with Credit Card, customer service, Current account queries, Africa queries, travel wallet and private banking queries. In all this time I have achieved a great deal of knowledge and understanding of what is expected of me.

Looking for new experience
I seen myself as a self motivated person,like challenging experiences in order to learn more,work excellent with my peers,my day is normally planned to make sure everything runs smoothly in case unforeseen circumstances arise.like to get things done right the first time.im a people's person,eager to help my peers and eager to learn new things,but mostly km passionate about customer service .handling clients queries,servicing clients,actioning emails,annotate all sales on excel spreadsheet,answering calls and cold calling

Good Experience
Duties included data capturing, answering the switchboard, filing and process payment of utility tax invoices. Monitor and balance of General Ledger accounts daily. I worked on SAP Real Estate capturing Lease Agreements. Maintaining information, new, renewal, and cancellation of Lease Agreements on SAP IFRS. Timeous resolution of account queries, telephone and emails from Landlords and Managing Agents. Reconciliation of large accounts, and timeously resolving queries. Focused on Customer Service and good relations. I have working experience of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SAP.

I am looking for a job as a control room operator
Ensuring the safety of the bank assets and personnel controlling the movement of the staff and visitors in an out of the cash centre Monitoring of CCTV cameras Escorting contractors and visitors into cash restricted areas Enrolling visitors and issuing them visitors cards Using biometrics sytems

Learning average
Able to reach the daily target,work as a team and able to assist other co-workers if possible.Incentives galore to motivates the staff.Shifts were the most challenging aspects due to transport at night but it was nice since you have to be multi skilled.
