A life to remember

I have worked for standard bank for 14 and six months doing mostly sales,dealing with customer complaints and queries, have been at reception for 3 months,customer liason officer .I have learnt to be quick and remain calm and being persisted and mostly people orientated and professional at the same time.I have also been doing Quality Assurance projects for not less than a year in the banking industry. Working for the bank made feel as part of the bigger world ,met different personalities .I enjoyed being part of the team ,their craziness was part of my daily job.

Cons: 8 hours or less depending on the business

Looking for new experience

I seen myself as a self motivated person,like challenging experiences in order to learn more,work excellent with my peers,my day is normally planned to make sure everything runs smoothly in case unforeseen circumstances arise.like to get things done right the first time.im a people's person,eager to help my peers and eager to learn new things,but mostly km passionate about customer service .handling clients queries,servicing clients,actioning emails,annotate all sales on excel spreadsheet,answering calls and cold calling

Cons: Only retail banking in cape town
