Corporate culture

Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. They have a sense of togetherness. They are a family unit and do nice things for each other (I.e. babyshowers are greatly celebrated). Team building is a common thing, even if it's not a formal event. They encourage people to help each other, especially because we work in teams.

Brilli learning experience

I started out at Standard bank as a learner, there I learnt a lot about delivering outcomes timeously and putting customers fist. I learnt that teamwork is very important in a successful business, and in delivering company goals. I enjoyed receiving appreciation from dealers and other stakeholders aftre delivering good service. Challenges would mostly come when outcomes are not given at expected time due to external factors that were beyond our control. Dissatisfied clients are not good for business.

Learning curve and i gain a lot there

STANDARD BANK was a great company to work at, i learned a lot of customer service skills as that was the main part of my job. I worked well with my co-workers, we worked hand in hand to make sure that we did our job well and i helped my co-workers where they could not or need help. I found it as a challenge to work on Sundays, as I could not go to church.

Fast learner

i like to come in early in the morning so that i can plan my day and be right. I get along with most of my co-workers, i enjoy working in a happy environment, free environment, environment that allows you to learn new things. i enjoy it when i find bugs when testing, and when i get my work done, when i deliver on time without any defects. The most challenging aspect is when developers take time to develop and i dont get enough time to execute test cases properly.

Fast learner

Working under pressure making sure that t he customer is always satisfied making sure all targets are met and always putting in a 100 percent in bit most of loving what you do

4 years down the line at the bank

One of the best companies to work for with flexible working hours. Great colleagues and working environment. Good banking perks for staff members. Big corporate with possible opportunities for growth if you are correctly aligned.

Excellent employee retention, very educational

Calling or receiving calls from +-200 customers a day An excellent relationship with coworkers Learning how to deal with people of different ages and how best to deal with them, from different races and locations country wide. Being able to help people, good listening skills. Meeting daily targets that go on to be weekly and monthly targets. Meeting every aspect of the KPI

Excellent Learning curve

It does not take care of the interest of the customer, sometimes it’s good to know exactly how your employees are feeling and the decisions they take, I feel like they dnt support us, especially wen it comes to stuff desciplines, they dnt give a fair chance to its employee, they let clients abuse their workers

My Experience

During my tenure I have developed exceptional negotiating and analytical skills. I have a demonstrated ability to work collegially with leaders across business units and lines of business. I have experience in both Rehabilitation and Recoveries and work across products with in depth knowledge of banking products and procedures.

Pros: Customer rentention, handling customer queries in fastest turnaround time effectively (24hrs).
