Forex

my job entails paying attention to detail. ensuring that I am vigilant at all times when passing through payments locally and abroad. I have a good customer relationships with the people I deal with . I have learnt forex locally and internationally and swift as well. I have gained a lot of experience in terms of payments, invoices debtors and creditors . I enjoy a challenge and I am very analytical which enable me to identify if its possible to make processes more simpler. the most challenging for me is when my team does not work together in order to win at the end ,therefor I am truly a team player in the business ensuring at the end we have a happy customer

Giving clients good customer experience

The company is a good environment to work at, it has lovely management, co workers also good and challenging each other in a good manner. The company have taught me The qualities of honesty and integrity, competence and operational abilities. Most challenging aspects of the job is when you have to deal with the difficult client where by you have to calm them so there can be understanding, and to also meet their expectations
