Good learning curve

Great working space and has long woking hours ,depending on the team . Notbeing noticed and sometimes it feels lik your efforts are not being recognized due to the number of employees are there.

Self motivate ,hardworking, willing 2 go extra mile

I enjoy working with my colleagues as we share and discuss some of the things we don't understand them, challenging part is you have to be there for a customer ,because some customers will even cry in front of u because of what they going through and you have to try to symphathise for that

Forex

my job entails paying attention to detail. ensuring that I am vigilant at all times when passing through payments locally and abroad. I have a good customer relationships with the people I deal with . I have learnt forex locally and internationally and swift as well. I have gained a lot of experience in terms of payments, invoices debtors and creditors . I enjoy a challenge and I am very analytical which enable me to identify if its possible to make processes more simpler. the most challenging for me is when my team does not work together in order to win at the end ,therefor I am truly a team player in the business ensuring at the end we have a happy customer

Good learning

Good company been there a long time with great benefits however they do not look after long term staff with sucession planning. Currently no growth or promotion with very low increase and bonus.
