My typical work is sometimes back to back meeting especially in the mornings because of the project updates from the team member to the stakeholders I have an understanding relationship with my co-workers, its with respect ,understanding each other and all of all respect. I have learned to be transparent to my co-workers and not always assume things, but always have clear understanding and conversations if there is technical problems I enjoy to be successful What I like more about project management is that all the phases of the projects are challenging starting when the project is initiated

Work unbearable

I enjoyed working for the bank & I loved my work. My staff and I had great relationship workwise and personally. treat staff fairly and give credit where is due. Most challenging aspects was staff shortages Reporting line managers didn't help. I decided to resign. My job was overwhelming

Good learning curve

Great working space and has long woking hours ,depending on the team . Notbeing noticed and sometimes it feels lik your efforts are not being recognized due to the number of employees are there.
