I am a hardworking person
i am a very hard working person i am not afraid of pressure i can handle whatever work thrown on me....iam a peoples person...i work very peacefully with coleages..what i enjoy most is helping customers very well for the first time when they leave the branch they are smilling..the most challenging aspects of my job is issuing bank cheque because you need to be very careful..not even one simple mistake is considered on bank cheque

Great opportunity to grow
It is a huge cooperat company, with great opportunity to learn if given a chance, however i felt that these opportunities are only offered based on favourities, not what you bring to the company. However i have learned a lot working for such a huge company it helps built a great self esteem to better my skills for the next company

My overall objective
gMy day typically is very busy. We handle claims from start to end. So my days typically consist of me handing about 20-40 calls per day, replying to customers email, paying invoices and payment to customers. And aslo we need to close 15 claims per day. My relationship with my Co-workers is great cause we have alot to do in a day we have to help each other. I enjoy helping people in their time of need and I have learnt never to rush when dealing with claims cause it's easy to make a mistake. The most challenging aspect of my job is we are not giving an opportunity to voice ideas to make our work better. calls, replying to co

Currently working on a project that will be changing standardbank as a whole
currently working on a project or prototype of how standard bank will change customer experiance.We are currently all espected to learn all branch operations where by the main focus is customers.Will be dealing with one consultant and customer will leave branch with query or request
