Continuous learning.
Over the years I have been able to develop myself through continuous learning that saw myself growing from a lower position to middle management position. I have represented employees while I was still at the lower level having to be their elected Shopsteward for six consecutive years. In that I also learnt leadership skills and labour law. I am a team player, a facilitator at heart. I lead teams well and so result oriented. In whatever role I am given I strive for excellence and aims high in growth. I believe that one should not stay in one position for too long, five years should be a maximum and I always set goal for myself to move up the ladder. I have been in a lower position for six years and moved up. I am still in the middle management position and is been four years since I started and working towards the higher position. I undertook to acquire a Bcom degree that will assist me in getting promotions that are offered in future.

My Job At Sun International
Sun International is a great company to work for since it provides many opportunities for growth and the staff are well looked after. No two days are the same and it is challenging and rewarding all at the same time. The industry takes a lot of time and dedication from all working in it and if you aren’t a peoples person it would prove to be very challenging. However, since I am a people’s person. I love it.

Great
I'm a hard working individual who gets motivated by doing something right the first time. I was a vast customer service experience. I am called customer service champion. I have worked for insurance companies dealing with internal and external clients and now recently I joined the hospitality and entertainment industry which contributed greatly to my experience.

Big company with lost of job opportunities

Great Challenge
Currently I am a Guest Relations Officer at Cabanas Hotel in Sun City. Here I have learnt to work and interact with different types of people and personalities. Always putting the customers needs first and understanding that your main objective is to please the guest. Guest relations is a wonderful flield because i have mastered my people skills.

Good company to gain experience from.
Good company to work for. Economy impactsed on the company and it was forced to reduce people and unfortunately I happened to be one of them. Had an experience to work world wide and enjoyed working for a company who took good care of their employees Not leaving the company in a bad state and happy that I worked and gained experience from the company.
