Always looking for a challenge

*Currently: VIP Ambassador for Sun International Time Square. The opportunity came where she took full advantage of, in being part of the opening team of Time Square casino, and yet again in being part of the opening team of the Time Square Maslow Hotel. She is also known as TK, TK is a strong individual who has leadership skills, she is a part of her Churches Youth Committee, have been part of our Church Choir, and taught Sunday School. I’m currently studying with UNISA- Bachelor in Education. I’m very young and always ready for a new challenge to build me and give more experience. My love for working with people will never end only mature, my wings a widely spread now I’m ready to fly!

Management skills not good

Lack of growth No management skills No acknowledgement of employees hard work and dedication. They don't take warnings seriously until it affects business.

Excellent learning curve

I have grown within the company from being a filing Clerk, to Legal Secretary to Executive Secretary. I have learnt a lot in all my positions & continue to learn. I give my best in all I do and love to learn and I'm a fast learner. The challenges I have faced being a Legal Secretary were numerous. One of the Paralegals resign and I was requested to act, I found a lot of errors that I reported & was told to mind my own & stick in my lane, everybody was happy with my job sending my manager emails stating how happy they were dealing with me & the turnaround time of work. When I applied for the job my CV was sidelined, I followed it up with HR & I was told that my CV was handed to her & I was the recommended for the job. When I got to Sun City I didn't know anything about Debtors but I had an excellent teacher who taught me a lot & I managed to collect 8 million in 9 month's & I continue to learn from her.

Awesome industry

Working shifts at an average of 8hours per shift. It overwhelming as you have to stand up and walk around the casino floor to assist the guests with machine faults and enquiries. I am a people's person so I enjoy working with different personalities from guests to my colleagues, my relationship with them is incredible

work in that envoroment is meet a lot of people overseas around the world we we like a family i learn at lot things respect people trust happiness my staff like me too much i \m talkative person love to surrounded by colleagues was to be busy time running fast

Excellent learning curve

I learned to worked under pressure,difficult clients and co.workers i maintan positive thinking and calm down before making hestiy decision.l learnt team work makes a good working enviroment for everyone and gives good image to the business.Always put guest first and enjoy meeting and interacting with them.

Great

I'm a hard working individual who gets motivated by doing something right the first time. I was a vast customer service experience. I am called customer service champion. I have worked for insurance companies dealing with internal and external clients and now recently I joined the hospitality and entertainment industry which contributed greatly to my experience.

Good learning curve

Sun international is a good place of growth, I used to learn alot during my work days, I was a great team player, always making clients happy for a return customers it's what I learned the most. But we used to work long.
