I have learn how to receive, picking, shipping, invoicing and a lot of things in the warehouse
its a very good thing to work for a company like this as i have learnt a lot of things and i have a lot of experience, i like working here because of the team work and communication we have with other employees, sometimes its hard when we have to work long hours but i have learnt to work under pressure,what i enjoy working with a computer and the most challenging time is peak season.

Excellent learning curve
I work in a call center that is small, there is no growth no bonus structure. I work along with my co-works and I have a great team. I personally feel that the company do not want employees to grow in the company. What I learned was to assist customer's online account with regards to purchasing items using a website. I enjoy helping customer's on navigating the website. The most challenging aspects are that when the customer's order is lost we have to do an investigation and a replacement order. The company is good to gain experience, not growth.

Warm environment, Dynamic obstacles daily
I enjoyed the work, felt good really! although the remuneration was inadequate. The hours were acceptable, and the transport to take us home was a welcomed comfort.

I am looking to better myself.
Working at takealot is pretty enjoyable, my typical day would be assisting walk-in customers to the best of my ability. As stated on my CV there are different parts to my job description at takealot, I will do some admin from time to time, move over to the returns department and assist that department. We have a few systems that I sometimes have to manage like our Queminder system, where I check customers profiles and inform the agents and back staff what's happening on the profile. I have a really good relationship with my co-workers, we get along really well. I also have a close work relationship with my manager as well as my two champions working under my manager. I have learned so much working at this online company, like learning how to handle different customers and different personalities, learning new systems, etc.
Pros: Assisting customers and meeting new people.
Cons: Low salary.

Loving new challenges

Excellent work experience
It was a good working environment. Team work was our motto. Gave us time for ourselves for we didn’t work all the days of the week. Was a very friendly environment. I have learnt to work with others and share job responsibilities equally.

Great experience with customers
I am a dedicated hard working and energetic person, with good communication skills, i do well with presentations and selling products, exceptional driving skills for 9 years accident free. Outgoing and vibrant person with a positive attitude towards life in general.
