I was working with different codes every day learning new things abt admin oracles wms and abt rfscanner BT unfortunately I've been retrenched due to low orders this January .and honest in my CV the is no work experience for takealot.com .I will upgrade my CV as u call me for interview I will com with my original thanks

The atmosphere is vibrant, team work is essential , pressure was alot
The typical work day involved assisting customers with queries We worked as a team we are all one unit I learnt how to deal with customer complaints in a pressuring environment Most challenging aspect was trying to resolve a customer while also making sure I stick to policies

Highly stressful environment
Worked 13 hours a day lost days with no overtime and no additional assistance. When I left the company my work was split between 3 to 4 people. If only they had offered the assistance I had asked for. No human factor involved at all. Worked like a robot and was disrespected verbally far too many times. Not a long term company in my opinion.
Pros: The odd staff discount here and there
Cons: Unclear jobs specs that increase all the time and lack of proper training and support

Learning to corparate
working in warehouse will learn lot of things and used to have an experience in a lot of work that are correspond in warehouse, like receiving stock, filing stock dispatching, unloading stock, working on RFC stock as well as packing stock. working on warehouse with different people they give us the direction and succeed of company because we used to teach each other by different expirience.

Average learning curve
It is a not a good working environment, you have to work hard everyday and not be recognized for what you do daily, poor communication skills from the Management, working long hours without lunch (eg: more than 8 hours without going to lunch) workers they are not even enjoying what they do is just the sake of working 6 5249 72 936 5249
