My experience with Takealot is good I develop highest level of egency to ensure that we are meeting our daily SLA and also make sure that our unit economic is aline or below the Budget. Development department duties and responsibilities to ensure the progress is effective when prosseing all our customer orders.

Pros: The company is growing very fast and it bring a lot of suppliers and market place suppliers on board soo the opportunities is fast in the company
Cons: 7am to 5pm

I have learn how to receive, picking, shipping, invoicing and a lot of things in the warehouse

its a very good thing to work for a company like this as i have learnt a lot of things and i have a lot of experience, i like working here because of the team work and communication we have with other employees, sometimes its hard when we have to work long hours but i have learnt to work under pressure,what i enjoy working with a computer and the most challenging time is peak season.

Very good company to work for and a lot of growth in the company

I worked two years for takealot.com and in the two years I have achieved a lot..Because of my dedication and hard work I was promoted to the fnb admin team.less then 6 months I got promoted to supply chain inbound clerk and head of the Fnb campaign

Have learned a lot and built a lot of experience in various area's. but simply no growth here.

Really stressful and honestly unappreciated, working under an agency for over 3 years with no promise of growth, salary raise or permanent position, in fact we got a salary decrease. So i really want to start a permanent career in this field and grow myself to management position and share my knowledge.

Excellent learning curve

I work in a call center that is small, there is no growth no bonus structure. I work along with my co-works and I have a great team. I personally feel that the company do not want employees to grow in the company. What I learned was to assist customer's online account with regards to purchasing items using a website. I enjoy helping customer's on navigating the website. The most challenging aspects are that when the customer's order is lost we have to do an investigation and a replacement order. The company is good to gain experience, not growth.
