Excellent working and learning environment

A normal working day at this company was great if you have more then 5 calls too do but if not its like a half day whereby no calls mean theres nothing much to do for the rest of the day . Our relationship as co workers is great only see each other mostly at meetings but we do reach out too always help each other out. I've learnt that each day you learn something new and get the opportunity to share what you know too others cause in this Field to grow and too stay up to date we have too help each other, and thats mostly what i enjoyed by working at TCM. Thee most challenging aspects i came across was when you need too help a manager and you end up calling around to ask help on something eg, a printer , that you've never touched before and looking at you like you dont know your job , that was the biggest.

Cons: They hated to help us with growing in the company

Not happy looking for a new job

Give exellent service but not paid for, cannot afford basics, paid day most painful day reminded you cannot afford if not working qualify for RDP house kids grant.

Excellent working and learning environment

A great day working for tcm will be when you at least close 10 or more calls a day and pushes you for the next day. A normal and heavy day is when you stuck at one site trying to fix a machine and your sla time runs out . As co workers we always helped each other out if we struggle or have too do a huge installation we can just ask and if they dont have calls they always help out . I personally have learnt how too build a cash pro machine and printers , desktop, laptops . I enjoyed installations at new branches mostly. The most challenging part of my job was never too miss an SLA and too make sure updating calls always.

Call Maintenance - handing calls to technicians on time and correctly Motivating the engineers and ensuring that the engineer attends to the calls within SLA Updating managers of all out of line situations Dealing with client Adhoc requests Assisting with User/ customer escalations Ensure all required TCM and Customer admin is followed and met timeously Ensure Customer Satisfaction

Excellent working and learning environment

Learnt much more then i ever excepted and it was a great company too work at . Always informed about the latest equipment and makes too learn about and too work for such good management was even better too make me the person i am today, hard working and very creative in my working skills. Like a normal work day would consist of being at every site on time and always keeping you client in the loop of your where abouts so if you run into any distraction they would know thats my work ethic . Ive learnt more about the installation process of software, an if and when machines break down more or less before even checking it you know whats wrong . And if we need any help we as co workers would always help each other out cause of the great working relationship we had. The most challenging aspect of my job was when we did an installation too always make sure the smallest things work cause if one small think ends up not work it will spoil a whole working day .

Excellent working and learning environment

It was really a great opportunity to work for TCM it thought me more then i ever knew about the IT corporate world and what part we all have in this field . A working day consists of the different calls users log according to the problems they have and we recieve it if its our area we cover , then I'll go out to the user where he /she is based and go sort out the issue asap. We as college's always assist each other if helps needed , we have a good communication way towards each other . I've learnt that to be great you have too be open minded too all things we can learn in the field of technology we all have knowledge but we all have things we could learn from one another , and thats also what i loved about my job at TCM. The most challenging aspects on the job is when more then two systems are down and you need to travel back too the workshop for parts and is under pressure and have an sla too
