It is quite a nice working environment, people there are welcoming. I used to work with friendly, open minded colleagues. We took each other as family. The was never a dull moment when I was at work. I have learnt how to be a team player, work with people. The most challenging aspect of my job was having to deal with escalations and difficult customers.

Excellent learning curve
We work weekdays for 8 hours and all employees are more amiable than I had expected and some say are I have ways of relieving them from the way I greet them and how I help them solve problems with ease. I have learned that an employees need to be dedicated to their work in order to help others and if not, there is going to be a big problem. I enjoy learning new things and taking time to understands change as it is part of growth.
Pros: Great for experience.
Cons: Insufficient salary for long distance travelers.

No growth No bonus No interaction with co-workers or management Manage backups on all servers and manage onsite and offsite storage of the tapes. Troubleshoot any LAN, Desktop and Laptops according to company policies and specifications and repair them within the prescribed SLAs Update security patches and antivirus definitions for servers and desktops. Install, update and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory and MS Exchange. Managing all day-to-day operational aspect to ensure the availability and quality of the organisation’s IT infrastructure. Attend and resolve all calls logged by the helpdesk within defined SLAs Ensure availability and reliability of environmental equipment (Air-conditioners, backup generators, emergency power)

Learning curve
It's been quiet a learning experience for for changing from Corporate environment to supporting a call centre environment where you are solely responsible for your shift and the agents working

Excellent Learning Curve and Ease of doing business
Its been an honour to work at my company for this long. The teams are superstars and punch well above their weight at all times. We have a fantastic Service Delivery team who have helped me achieve my goals. My relationship with my colleagues is brilliant and I am respected and well known to the entire company. The challenge is the lack of trust within the senior management teams, which is hampering our growth and promoting morale issues and productivity problems across the environment. The lack of training and education is also a major problem. The lack of employee benefits and ways of motivating staff is a major problem.

Im fast leaner and im also willing to learn. I strive to reach the given targets. I work very well with people and have a great sense of intelligence...i really enjoy working with people and im a very technical person wen it comes to technology

Expirance
working at TCM for a year and it has been a great year fun environment and good full of amazing people. The workload is just another one, sometime have to work till late, but then im one person that like working. The only thing that stresses me is there is no growth.

Multitasker and easily adaptable
Multitasker and easily adaptable. I am a driven individual who enjoys the ever expanding world of Information Technology. I am a hard worker who is able to concentrate for long periods of time to finding solutions to any I.T related issues and meeting excellent customer expectations at the highest level. I have excellent communication skills both orally and verbally. I am dedicated to always learn new skills and improve my experience to make the task at had easy and quickly to resolve. I am a very motivated individual and love what I do. I am used to working under pressure mainly because of always been doing customer support in the banking industry (SBSA). I am an ambitious person who has even developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I do or situation I’m presented with. I am excellent in a team work effort and being a leader to others to achieve a certain objective on time and with excellence.

Call Center
I am currently working for an IT company as a call administration. I received and assign calls to relevant technicians based on their geographical locations and the accounts they have been trained in. I keeps all clients updated and respond to escalations and do request stock for technicians when required. I do follow ups as well as draw a report every day. I do standby as well as stock checks every month end. All technical need to speak to me should they require assistance with their daily work.
Pros: Getting to build relationship with clients, being able to assist technicians as well as give positive feedback to our clients
Cons: if a technician cannot meet the SLA then its my fault
