Excellent Learning curve
Good day Please note that i am currently a coordinator for TCM basically what i do is assign calls to technicians and monitor the calls, make sure they don't run out of the SLA, updates and close calls. We have a system that we also order machines for the clients, I am suitable for the post because I've been a desktop support engineer and i am also working with the calls. I am self motivated person, with the ambition to learn more each day, Its very easy for to adapt to new employees and new environment. I get along with everyone with a bubble personality. Learning curve
It's been quiet a learning experience for for changing from Corporate environment to supporting a call centre environment where you are solely responsible for your shift and the agents working

The company gives you a platform to sell yourself an also to proof Yourself
Working review as field tech engineer is a greate opportunity as you work with different clients whom give you software problems an also hardware so that you solve them very quick an with a good understanding, troubleshooting not forgetting a good customer communication an building a best relationship so that in future i become a best in my field. Not forgetting to be on time as we work according to SLA service level agreement

Good working skills
They are a good company, but the way they run the company wasnt right. They expect alot more from employers and employees and dont ruminate then for there hard work. I have leanrt alot over the years with my team which we worked on the absa account only. Dealing with all absa staff was exciting and i enjoyed going to work everyday and having a great communication with each and everyone. I ran multiple sites at once and attended to multiple escalations and was there when needed and gave my all, but tcm as a company doesnt see what you put into the company so that they can have a good name at the end of the day.

Expirance
working at TCM for a year and it has been a great year fun environment and good full of amazing people. The workload is just another one, sometime have to work till late, but then im one person that like working. The only thing that stresses me is there is no growth.

Call Center
I am currently working for an IT company as a call administration. I received and assign calls to relevant technicians based on their geographical locations and the accounts they have been trained in. I keeps all clients updated and respond to escalations and do request stock for technicians when required. I do follow ups as well as draw a report every day. I do standby as well as stock checks every month end. All technical need to speak to me should they require assistance with their daily work.
Pros: Getting to build relationship with clients, being able to assist technicians as well as give positive feedback to our clients
Cons: if a technician cannot meet the SLA then its my fault

Excellent learning curve
A competent IT support professional with a proven track record of providing specialist technical and Desktop support. Extensive experience of working in the front line Helping Clients and colleagues resolve complex technical IT issues. Possessing excellent client facing skills, natural problem solving and analytical skills and able to contribute to the development of best practice, procedures and policies within a company.
