Excellent learning experience

Telesure had been my home for 6 years. I grew with Telesure and became an well trained, well mannered, experienced adult at Telesure. I appreciate the insurance, administration, call centre, customer service and legal knowledge that I received and mastered through the growth of Telesure. this is not only a company I work for but a family i became apart of, mostly I loved the culture of Telesure and the friendship I developed with my co-workers. there was always a helping hand and they made it very easy to assist them as well. my typical day at the office is extremely busy servicing customers, attorneys, third parties, internal customers etc. the most challenging aspect was getting our attorneys to complete tasks according to our mandate however I loved the challenge.

Excellent career advancement opportunities

Fast paced environment working with several dynamic individuals. Excellent community and a strong sense of belonging within the team. Growth opportunities have been fantastic and and gives recognition as earned. I have learned so much with regard to interpersonal mastery and how to maximize on human potential through effective coaching and mentoring. Also how to drive performance through poaitive communication techniques.

Great leaning oppotunities

I work in a busy environment ,sometimes its normal sometimes its hectic but nothing I cant handle. I have a great relationship with my co-workers, we get along very well. What I have learned and I'm still learning ,is take each day as it is and making the bets out of it ,what I enjoy most is the challenges I meet everyday .the most challenging aspect of my job is making sure not to make mistakes I deal with money everyday and the workload that comes with it ,its kind of hectic

Pros: i get to be expose to lot of things and great oppotunity of learning
Cons: favouritism is a huge challenge

Good stable company but no growth

Exciting,challenging and fast paced environment.Incentives on a monthly basis.I feel that I am not recognised and there is no growth opportunities.Nice and stable company to work for but I really need a new challenge and I would like to grow as a person.

Pros: Family oriented company but growth is very limited

Good customer service and communication skills

I worked as sales consultant for 15 years in short and long term insurance. Have been a marketing consultant for 2 years liasing with brokers and car dealerships which improved my sales and customer skills.

Pros: I am a hard worker working towards better promotion

I have a variety of relevant skills as a Personal Assistant and have 4 years experience from organizing travel arrangements, managing calendars to daily reporting. My skillset allows me to thrive in busy environments I excel at providing exceptional administrative tasks. My greatest achievement was receiving a top performer award amongst on the spot prizes for excellent services rendered. I take on all my duties to the best of my ability and have an attitude to consider done.
