Good working conditions and culture

A very good company to work for as they take good care of their employees . The culture is set from the top , from managers to employees, full support offered by managers in terms of helping you reach set targets. The company takes pride in frequent team building as it assists to ease the minds of the sales people , get them to re-focus

Cons: Less room for promotion and constant threat to job stability.

I love the role because there is always something to learn

My current career was an excellent curve on how a company determines the client's that are flagged as high risk. Quiet investigative role which enables one to work with more divisions to assist with the final goal. I found that also you need to connect with a lot of individuals and create relations

Pros: Interaction with other divisions and learning more what they do & how we enter link with our working role
Cons: The distance I drive to get to work

Diversity

Telesure employs people and talent from all walks of life. The diversity within the company makes it a pleasure to work in and this is what I enjoy the most. This also makes for challenging facilitation, especially of large groups of people. Adapting to each one to make sure the same message is conveyed is in itself a huge challenge but something I enjoy as well.

Excellent learning opportunity

It was an excellent learning opportunity in different aspects.I learnt more about finance and insurance as I was new in the industry.I also got an opportunity to work withthe group Accountant ,which meant we dealt with the consolidation of the whole group and understanding of how the company works.

I'm an excellent worker, trustworthy.

To work at Telesure was a great experiences that will stay by me for ever and ever. I have learn so much and this I still benefits from it. I believe that experience is something no one can take away from you as specially if it is in the field that you specializes in. I'm an excellent fast learning worker and believe to be an strong and very competent person.

Pros: If i see a great opportunity I don't waist it. I take it on.
Cons: To work for long hour's is no problem for me but would also spent some time with family.

Greate experience gained

If I am selected I will be a valuable worker. This is the direction that I would like to develop myself in. My long-term goal is to seeking better work opportunities and expanding my work knowledge. I am currently busy with my National N Diploma in Business Management. Every project I take on, I do the best I know how. I have well developed interpersonal skills and will be able to work in a multi-disciplinary team. I have good communication and organizational skills. I am self-motivated and dedicated with strong leadership skills. I am innovative and able to apply my own initiative. I am also able to analyse the situation critically and take decisions to rectify the problem.

Pros: Greate culture and support, with an amazing team
Cons: Long hours, pressure is extremely high.

Claims capture

Its a busy environment, there calls keeps on coming , the staff are approachable if you need assistance they are friendly,you get to learn work for different department e.g. claims processing retention as a claims consultant I also assist on the customer care, i love the entertainment which is hosted by different brand, the skills level get affected due to high calls volume

Excellent learning curve understanding client needs and assisting with their policies

-Receive calls and assist clients -Open emails resolve their queries, respond via email given the problem needs no confirmation by calling -Create new accounts for new clients, add vehicles on their policies -Provide accurate information needed on client policies -Connect clients to correct departments

Im multi-scaled worling Afrikaans and English strong

i'm an independent excellent hardworking trustworthy worker. Im able to work in Afrikaans and English strong. When in at work i love to work hard and fit right in even in the most stressfull work place im a breath of fresh air because of my years of knowledge and experience. I automatically became an anchor for that department. People love having me around because when I work, I just don't do my own work I also assist where help is neaded elsewhere. I always read and action all my duties.

Pros: I is a trustworthy company around for long.
Cons: Can work on there people relationship.
