I've learnt a lot from my previous experiences.

I have customer service experience. Did sales for jewellery shops , did promos work and previously worked at Telkom store . I volunteerialy worked as an awareness coach , drug and alcohol awareness. I'm an currently looking for a new venture to grow as an individual and learn more things.

Excellent Insightful job

On a typical day i enjoy the challenges brought to me and the healthy relationship i have with co workers. i learnt to think on my feet and deliver. .

No bonus

We work as a team and very close. Ive learn how to deal with angry customers as their service is not working and we have to advise them of product change and price change as most of my clients are using uncappep internet data and the new service that is replacing their service doesn't support unlimited data. I enjoy assisting customers as they get their service back even though its in diffirent way.

Cons: I work from 8am to 5 pm Monday to Friday no weekends

Excellent communication skills

I worked as a customer service consultant,I received calls and resolve different queries,I escalated the queries that was not resolved on the sysrem.i was working as a team and if individual.i learn a lot of things with regards if telkom products,contract and landline phones,adsl and fibre.i am an easy learner and very easy to adapt.i enjoyed solving the customers queries.the challenge I got it was the queries that not resolved and I go through and find out the solution.

telkom --team player always went for training and enjoyed helping customer,challenge when dealing with angry customer; monitoring customer network by using diferrent system, smarts ;bcc;unibase 'uip phones and telnet

Business hunter, external sales representative

Business Hunter external sales having to out source, Cold calling, Generate and maintain existing clients. Making appointments to do presentations to businesses. Reporting Daily, weekly and Monthly Sales and targets. Working for One of the biggest telecommunications company was a good learning curve. With many clients helped me learn how to work well under pressure having to juggle between costumer appointments Meeting targets and weekly meetings. with too many

Commited and extremely hardworkin

Its a waking up tellin yourself today I need peace to deal with customers with technical queries, I enjoy going to work because I look forward to seeing my co-workers, everyday I learn how to troubleshoot using different devices and equipment that deals with networking, what I enjoy the most is getting a irrate customer and being able to solve the query and letting the customer off on more calm note, the most challenging part is not being able to resolve the query remotely needing to log a fault for a technician to go out, having clients call for progress and checking the system seeing no progress and having to cover the truth of telling the client a technicain is assigned to the fault, while knowing they not.

Enjoy working as a team, Challenges come when the target is not met at the end of the month.

A very big company but pays less, They rob you of your commission, some of the things are not labor related.. Overall they also do not check background of the people that they hiring.

Pros: Opportunity to grow in the company.
Cons: Conflict in the work place.
