I loved working with my team players on different projects. Im a people person.. building relationships with my customers and internal team players are the reason for loving what I do. Seeing proje ts through from beginning to end is my fokus.

Excellent learning curve
I have over 15 years of customer facing experience dealing with the entire spectrum of our clients, from the consumer up to the corporate client and have a excellent understanding of the products which fits into these various spend categories of our customers from a simple one service client to complex solutions for our enterprise clients. I have excellent listening skills and can quickly identify the right product fit for each customer. I do not merely sell a product but sell a holistic solution which addresses all the telecoms, mobile and IT customer’s needs. I have an excellent track record and always attain targets set out. I do not intend just to sell a product but build a relationship with my customers which will be rewarding to both Telkom and my customer.

Very good environment
It's a good company,you learn a lot within and you have access to the company policy that even HR personnel has,. Colleagues are nice to each other, you are like a family, when one has a problem, we share the advices and the managers are our friends, they treat us like their children and sisters and brothers, we even call each other to chech if everything is fine, MA agers and us have a trust relationship to an extend that you are able to work from home and book your leave and over time remotely to each other, you are like a family, when one has a problem, we share the advices and the managers are our friends, they treat us like their children and sisters and brothers, we even call each other to chech if everything is fine, MA agers and us have a trust relationship to an extend that you are able to work from home and book your leave and over time remotely

Good
I'm not working for now I need a job I started working as a assistant boilermaiker 2011 I completed my matric 2010 I was working under urgent they rentrech us then I work at workforce staffing at Kempton park they send us to pick n pay warehouse at Alexander as a picker and packer then I got a leanership from EOH for fiber. .then i start working for fiber DFA, VumaTel ,Vofacom,MTN,Telkom and Huawei, so need that job for now im not working

Excellent Telecommunications experience
Worked with servers setting them up for schools in Gauteng and Cape Town for e learning, setting up operating systems(Ubuntu) giving remote access to client through VPN access, I also have Networking certicates CISCO CCNA, JOINED Telkom as their technician installing asdl lines and normal lines and doing fault finding on faulty lines both excon and Asdl lines.

Learnt alot in the technical enviroment that can carried out in other companies and daily lifes
working in an enviroment , not just taken has a job, this needs to something we look forward to on a daily basis and strive to fill all duties and tasks given throw out my work we learn that we need too make things a task and be the best at it at all time make sure tasks are done to perfection

Team player
Telkom Warehousing is one of the department you learn new skills every day you interact with customers in most times You also get chance to relocate without the department for example receiving picking and despatch so according to my understanding you will be able to master the whole functions within the department.

EASY PERSON WORK WITH
BEFORE ANYTHING I WOULD LIKE TO STATE THAT TELKOM IS A BIG COMPANY SURELY YOU ASK YOUR SELF WHY SHOULD I APPLY FOR ANOTHER COMPANY. AS FROM NEXT YEAR THEY CHANGE FROM COPPER TO OPTIC FIBER SO ACCORDING TO MY UNDERSTANDING THEY WON'T TAKE STUDENTS ALTHOUGH THEY WILL REDUCE THE NUMBER OF THEIR WORKERS

This is usually a great company to work for if you are a permanent employee
Busy Work Day with an average of 100 mails per day Have very good relationships with colleagues and customers, I have learnt to be more technically minded and work well under pressure I enjoy making the customer happy and ensuring all deliverable are met, The most challenging aspects are the processes and protocols
