Company startegy not working
on a daily basis I would look at the product performance, talk to channels on complains and suggestion to improve their performance, look at ways to improve the products, check emails for suggestions to improve product and develop training material where required. I would go to meetings to provide inputs on projects

Driver and technician
Use route navigation apps and knowledge of erea to deliver packages to customers on time. We fix internet problems and installed internet and had to get work done before end of the day. Even if it means working over time. I love to work with a team that always tell when there's a problem so that it could be sorted out(problem with the job or between the workers).

Cons: Working over time at this company was never a prblem its just that they let you know on a sort notice.

Good learning oportunity
I use to work in an inbound call center at sales department. It was really a great opportunity for me because I got to know how call centers oparate..

The best fundamentals of telecommunications industry
It has been best place to learn different technologies and skills of telecommunications. Though i was working on fixed lines and braodband technologies, i now have experience and skills which are transferable within almost all spheres of telecoms. Continues learning, customer service and efficiency are some of the best of daily attributes of this career and I enjoy this.
