Lesrning respect ach other's cultire and religion
Normal office day. Co workers were friendly and warm we were basically a family.Tolarent and respect was of essence. Regardless of culture or religion we were respective of esch other and value each others opinion. Our team building's and office times just a day out off office it's like a year.We had fun productive times. Not much as we all supported each other including our section to carry out the task..

Excellent learning curve.
Working independently and also as team. Great opportunity for growth and professionalism. It is so much fun to work with different peoples with different attitudes.

Great company to build a career with
Telkom is a great company, but the ability to grow within in the company is very slender. Company really looks after its own, but you remain in the position you started in for years with a increase in income but position remains the same

I was based in the fiber planning for infrastructure environment where I worked for clients
Telkom is such a broad company and you always learn something everyday .? I have learnt a lot about myself while I was working for telkom. It has helped on being more confident on m communication abolities

Delegating
I mostly work with customers and I enjoy giving good customer service and working in a healthy environment, it teaches me to delegate and communicate more, most challenging moments in my job would be working under pressure although it's doable.
