Excelent exposure to all aspects of HR

Provided daily HR business Partner services to CEO and top management of Telkom Mo ile business, which included all aspects of Human Resources, Recuitment, Talent Managemet, Retention, retrenchments, Labour relations, performance manegement and coaching and mentorin, inter alia.

Cons: I had to oversee many retrenchments and business outsourcing

Delegating

I mostly work with customers and I enjoy giving good customer service and working in a healthy environment, it teaches me to delegate and communicate more, most challenging moments in my job would be working under pressure although it's doable.

No growth here There is hard work and no growth in this company. . A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT APPRECIATE ITS STAFF ITS SAD REALLY I LOVED THIS COMPANY SO MUCH BUT I GUESS THE COMPANY DOES NOT LOVE ME BACK Things are done on their way only

Stressful

Constantly doing unnecessary admin,fixing people reporting to you's mistakes and handling customer queries.There is always unnecessary double work expected from us to do.Any mistakes done whether by your direct reports or system we are expected to fix.
