Good working relationship with co-workers and team work is highly appreciated and encouraged. It is only hectic when contracts expire and we have to request new ones.There is great exposure to learning and development.

Normal reception and retail experience
The company that I am currently working is good and I get to meet new people almost all the time. The hours we work can sometimes be a bit too little given the fact that we get paid by an hour but they work. I do promotions so I don't usually spend time at the company itself but rather at different shops and interacting with customers.
Pros: No chances of getting a better position
Cons: Hours are short

Perfect company to learn and get exposed to the marketing world
The Creative Counsel took me in fresh out of high school as a brand ambassador began with simple brands as they were exposing me to the marketing world after a month I was put on a digital campaign that's known as showmax and also had the privilege to travel to Durban and Cape Town to drive awareness and encourage sign ups which went exceptionally well. In August the following year I was called to work in the office for three months as an administrator for a campaign which involved calling brand ambassadors and capturing information. Now I'm not only a good brand ambassador but I also have entry level capturing skills.

Excellent learning curve
My shift as Brand Ambassador depending on a campaign we work 4-5 hours informing the customers about the product we promoting the customers receive giveaways , coupons or discounts depending on the campaign. We get to persuade people to purchase the product promoted by informing them about the advantages of purchasing it by this we actually driving sales. Depending on the popularity of the brand people are convinced to purchase it and discounts , giveaways or coupons encourage customers to purchase the product. I enjoy enteracting with different people so this job makes me enjoy what I love to do most

Not quite a fair environment
Too much of favouritism Little opportunity for growth Not allowed to voice your opinion Lots of politics Certain stafffall under protected species. Getting away with things Breaks the morale of individuals

Learning curve
I am currently a Field Market Executive responsible for the development and prosperity of the Field Services in the Midlands Area of Kwa- Zulu Natal. I serve a pivotal role within the KZN area. I am analytical and observant. I can manage special projects from start to finish. I have the ability to work on my own or in a team environment. I have good business acumen skills coupled with thorough understanding of the FMCG industry. Training and development. I am customer centric and focused. I can implement and maintain a proper accrual of information to ensure that a proper record can be formed for later reporting of stats. I have excellent people skills coupled with strong performance driven ability. I well versed in both Human Resources and Industrial relation with the FMCG environment. I can assist in auditing and formulating a proper control of work functions. I have good planning and organisational skills.

Excellent experience
I started working for the creative counsel as non experienced rep.i have gained massive experienced during my time there.i also worked with highly experienced reps which also helped me to gain experience.i have won the award with tcc which is a sign of appreciation for my hard work.

Growth with lots of tasks and responsibiltites
Team work is the of high importance, attention to details and meeting deadline. Reporting and resolving issues in stores with in a short period of time Time management and planning Relationship Building. Lots of driving involved The challenging part is remembering a lot of instructions that come at any given time and difficult store managers or short staffed stores .
Pros: Managing an area with lots of stores
Cons: Long working hours, Project no develepment or growth, no bonus or salary increase.

It was excellent
Doing or conduct Trainings for the new products in the market; Make sure the availability of stock onto the shelves and if they are low then We order more stock, Make sure the promotional Material are up as per the current promotion bulletin. Assess if there are any short falls or areas of improvement then We make the suggestions from there. We also do stock counts to determine the stock levels.
Pros: Work independently
Cons: Sometimes long hours at high risk areas but I enjoyed working in a Township like Mdantsane
