Good working relationship with co-workers and team work is highly appreciated and encouraged. It is only hectic when contracts expire and we have to request new ones.There is great exposure to learning and development.

Normal reception and retail experience
The company that I am currently working is good and I get to meet new people almost all the time. The hours we work can sometimes be a bit too little given the fact that we get paid by an hour but they work. I do promotions so I don't usually spend time at the company itself but rather at different shops and interacting with customers.
Pros: No chances of getting a better position
Cons: Hours are short

Building the brand
What I have learned from business is to make sure that sales and min growth of 15% over the previous year. And putting plans together to reach your targets monthly weekly and annually.

Plenty to learn about companies and product knowledge.
Plenty of product knowledge and the companies and how they began. How they have grown and that there is a variety of products on the market for all types of needs and wants for all individuals. A love for working with people from all backgrounds.
Pros: Fantastic opportunity for advertising a great brand.
Cons: Need a thick skin not everyone is interested in what your promoting.

I have learned a lot in this company - good and bad
I have learned a lot in this company - good and bad Start working here, was n new chapter in my life and I loved it. I am a very happy person and are always seeing the better of a situation, but that changed. You as employee does not mean a lot to them. As long as you do your job they are happy. They like to give you a workload that not only one person can do. You need to be more. Things I learned: Yes, I learned so many (workwise) and I will gain from it in the future, but also learned how not to be or to treat people.
Pros: I can provide for my child
Cons: In my 15 Years of working, I have never stressed so much in my life for the salary I am earning...

Interested in learning
I’m a very passionate person who likes to work in a group of people and share ideas as a team and learn more as a person and also very good iin relationship with co workers

Opportunity to Grow
No supervision, helps to relax and strategies. The relationship with workers is build up and by management and culture. I've learned to mind my business and persue my goals, I enjoyed traveling and working with different people from the field and the challenging aspect is there will never be a a black regional manager.

Excellent learning curve
Working in the Field has taught me a rare skill of understanding the market and how people interact with you. It has taught me the ability of upset long and cross selling. It has also taught me to better my customer service and also meet the needs of customers and Clients which I serviced. There is no better training and experience than than to be placed directly to the market and learning through experiencesome and quickly query resolutions and also minting KPI.

The company is very huge.
I will never work for TCC again.They treat employees bad.they deduct money from our salaries as leverage which is illegal. The people that were managing the Learnership only had matric.They didn't have a clue what to teach graduates because of the limited education they had.they lied in the advertisement we were suppose to work in Marketing department within the organisation but we were placed as instore promoter at all times.

I am a hard worker willing to take any challenge.and a fast learner.
I am a hard worker willing to take any challenge.and a fast learner. I go along very easy with team work with the co-workers and as much as it is not easy working with customers I can handle it just fine.by understanding a customer because everyday and every customer have different personalities and behaviour. Thats why I have learnt to help them with respect and understand their different personalities.
