The company is very huge.
I will never work for TCC again.They treat employees bad.they deduct money from our salaries as leverage which is illegal. The people that were managing the Learnership only had matric.They didn't have a clue what to teach graduates because of the limited education they had.they lied in the advertisement we were suppose to work in Marketing department within the organisation but we were placed as instore promoter at all times.

I'm good in learning new things
I was selling vodacom mpesa to informal stores around my area, for the past 3 years ago (2013-2016). I was working Monday to Friday (8:00 to 17:00). It was face to face sales in the field and I was capturing all information including challenges and opportunities. 2016-03-18 mpesa contract terminated. The creative counsel provide us another opportunities for become Zetnet Agent from 2016-08-01. Also I was of the field this time promoting zetnet sim card to people. Monday to Friday ( 9:00 to 17 : 00 ). The contract is ending this month 2017-03-31 and we already received end contact letters. We not working at the moment. Thank you.

Very good experience
Its a good place to learn a lot about warehousing and how to become a team player and increase experience each day, I have a good relationship with my coworkers and most challenging is it is far from home

It was excellent
Doing or conduct Trainings for the new products in the market; Make sure the availability of stock onto the shelves and if they are low then We order more stock, Make sure the promotional Material are up as per the current promotion bulletin. Assess if there are any short falls or areas of improvement then We make the suggestions from there. We also do stock counts to determine the stock levels.
Pros: Work independently
Cons: Sometimes long hours at high risk areas but I enjoyed working in a Township like Mdantsane

Excellent working experience and interaction between clients
A typical work day would be interacting with clients and make sure they know about our products. When working together our inhouse relationship is really good and open. I have learned great interpersonal skills and communication skills and how to speak to clients. The travelling to different locations was always fun.

Excellent learning curve
Working in the Field has taught me a rare skill of understanding the market and how people interact with you. It has taught me the ability of upset long and cross selling. It has also taught me to better my customer service and also meet the needs of customers and Clients which I serviced. There is no better training and experience than than to be placed directly to the market and learning through experiencesome and quickly query resolutions and also minting KPI.

Business & Marketing orientated
Day to day visitation of channel specific stores all around Gauteng, servicing outlets that are Vodacom orientated. Making sure brand visibility and awareness is there, instore and formal training given to staff on products and services. Relationship building with higher management and ground staff, merchandising of products visible, stock availability full to capacity making sure it is sales driven.
Pros: Weekend promotions to make sure clients are aware of the brand

What i have learned
Having a n honours degree in psychology and specializing in HIV/AIDS behaviour is a bonus with regards to the amount of information i have about corporate culture and how people/eempemployees shoould/can work with other. but when one has to actively work with people and , be part of recruiting, ,tr, training and the overall helping of lives is exhilarating. having the the experience from Atral group, CCI nad now at TCC, i am actually using the knowledge that i studied for and still egt to help people.
Pros: the ability to use my psychology degree and knowledge while i work with new people everyday
Cons: warehouse not receiving product on time for our campaigns
